7.) AI could concentrate unprecedented power and wealth.
8.) Future AI systems could surpass the world's leading human experts.
9.) AI could become increasingly difficult for humans to control.
10.) Anthropic acknowledges that developing more powerful AI could increase the risk of catastrophic harm.
These are disclosures from the company building the technology.
Anthropic has filed an S-1 registration statement with the SEC related to its proposed IPO.

XP LABS AG 🇨🇭 (Zug, Switzerland) is currently in the process of resolving a dispute with MEXC (@MEXC_Official) in connection with the listing of the #XP8 token.
According to a preliminary assessment, the claimed amount may total up to USD 33,682,000.
We believe that a number of contractual and procedural issues resulted in significant reputational damage to both the project and 178 partner authors.
The matter is being addressed in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism provided for in the Agreement, and we remain open to an amicable settlement.

It's so basic that it's laughable. Push is push up, bench press, etc. Pull is pull up, lats, curls, etc. Legs is squats, lunges...
I deviate from the plan more often than not, to avoid muscles that are still hurting. But I try to do something everyday.
I find the exact exercises, or even the intensity, doesn't matter. The key is just starting everyday. Even if you say, I am tired, and I will only do 5 minutes. That's good. Do 3-5 minutes. Once your form a habit, and once you start, you will go longer and longer.
I follow a few fitness guys so that they are always in my feed. I don't try all the exercises, but it keeps fitness top of mind. Can't believe I am giving fitness advices. Don't think I am qualified. 🤣
