The Producers is often just bonkersly absurd (sometimes you can’t actually believe what you’re being presented with!) it’s outrageous, subversive, funny and packed with physical gags, all expertly timed. Great afternoon! #theproducers #garricktheatre

The outstanding winner of @royalcourt ‘s young playwright award - Godot’s To Do List by Leo Simpe-Asante - is the wonderful opener to Krapps Last Tape. It won the 16-18yo category and shows a wonderful understanding of Beckett - extraordinary. This teen has a bright future!

Completely worth braving the heat of London today to see an absolute acting masterclass by Gary Oldman in Krapps Last Tape @royalcourt

I feel so sad that #neighbours is ending that I’m wondering if I could not watch the last episode yet and pretend it’s still there. But something tells me I won’t!

There are many things that I’d like to return from the 80s and Barry Grant is pretty much near the top of the list! Absolutely loved the Brookside reboot as part of Hollyoaks 30th anniversary - please @Channel4 bring back Brookie for good!! #brookside #hollyoaks #paulusher

Love this!⁩ #superman #supermanMovie bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cn5k…

I really hope that everyone visiting Wells-next-the-Sea, or anyone going to a beach really, reads this by @Neve_GF bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cwyg…

Aah - Christmas content planning. These are my people!

Back @Broadway_Cinema today. This time it was Wes Anderson’s The Phoenician Scheme. A beautifully shot film, nothing wasted, nothing there by chance. Great cast. Completely bonkers. Really enjoyed it! #letchworth

Farewell Mister Haffmann @ParkTheatre - excellent. Fascinating, powerful, riveting, thought-provoking play and funny. Superb performances all round and some bonus tap dancing. It is basically just a lot of my favourite things in 90 minutes! #farewellmisterhaffmann

While V was at Emil Dale today I went to the Broadway Cinema to see the Twiggy film documentary. It’s a fascinating look at her life and how she has dealt with everything it has thrown at her - I now think she’s amazing! Plus it’s a gorgeous venue so I’ll definitely be back!

What’s going on @Morrisons? Cancelled our order yesterday, had to order a takeaway. Rebooked for today and now told it will be three hours late and arrive about 8pm. Ordered more takeaway. Using you is costing us. This is also happening to others I know. Are you having problems?

I somehow managed to watch the whole thing this weekend because I couldn’t stop! Really interesting to hear from the actors ⁦@DannyFullbrook⁩ #toxictown #netflix bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cd65…

Am definitely visiting this exhibition ⁦@HertfordMuseum⁩ - what a fascinating lady. And I remember the Spitting Image puppet! bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cr53…

Always enjoy a trip to @OdysseyStAlbans and @weliveintimemov is both funny, beautiful and heartbreaking. There was a Q&A afterwards with the film’s writer, Nick Payne, who it turns out is from St Albans. We are so lucky to have this gem of a venue in our city! #weliveintime

I can’t remember what the name of this storm is, I’ve lost track to be fair but it’s hitting #letchworth hard so I’ve found sanctuary!

In 2015 Caroline Jones ⁦@knickersmyown⁩ wore charity clothes for a year and raised money for ⁦Cancer Research. It changed her life but it also changed mine! I have lots of lovely clothes found in charity shops! It was lovely to revisit her story! bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c0q0…

Cinderella and the Glass Slipper @BEAMHertford was gorgeous - a lovely traditional panto with all the elements you love, excellent performances and original songs. And they have done absolute wonders with the theatre. Completely remodelled, it is a fantastic new venue!

This was the view from my window at nearly midnight last night. It’s either the Thameslink works (the rail line is a couple of miles away) or aliens have landed!
