Years of nonstop theft turned this Chicago Walgreens into a free-for-all. Management finally put everything behind locks. Didn’t matter. The place still bled more than a million dollars. Cases got smashed, workers got threatened. Now the same crowd and their brave alderman are outside demanding the company stay open or be charged for abandoning the community. The audacity!
