Beneath the familiar shape lies a radically engineered machine featuring a 993 chassis enhanced with a rigid spaceframe, contemporary Porsche 992 running gear, adaptive double-wishbone pushrod suspension, lightweight carbon fiber bodywork, and a powertrain tailored entirely to the owner’s vision. Naturally aspirated or turbocharged. Manual or PDK. Rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
Every surface, component, and detail has been reconsidered to create a car that delivers hypercar-level performance while remaining a usable grand tourer. Even more remarkably, the 9X9 has been developed to meet modern homologation standards, allowing it to exist as far more than a one-off concept.
