Consciousness Modulation. I am going to be attempting to describe Conscious Modulation in "de-occulted" terms. Modulation= change in modality(like water to ice or gas) Consciousness= "God" the "I AM". Fundamental to the system we call "reality". Theta= sleep paralysis. Now if you can suffer through the "stillness", "silence", or "Motionlessness" for long enough that the body goes numb, that is what I call "Theta". Reaching Theta with a mudra(position the body is in) you will notice different vibrations or static, for me it feels like heat. That is your body's energy. It is "Universal Energy" or "Reiki". Now combining that position/energy with a thought in the imagination, you can begin modulating the consciousness. It is also important to focus on breathing. If you've ever done "Box Breathing" which is 4 seconds inhale, hold for 4 seconds, breath out for 4 seconds, then hold for 4 seconds. Then repeat the "Box". Breath is a spiral. Breath means Spiritus. Changing your Breath rhythm changes your blood flow and heart rate. Everything mentioned should be easily grasped, if not... idk drink some water and rest on the ideas for some time. I'm going to get to the "complicated" parts here. Now I came to my understanding from experimenting with the various techniques in combination. Inside Theta you should feel like you're floating on water and a pressure on the forehead, that could be described as a water drop resting in between the eyes. Inside that state you are ready to imagine the various thoughtforms and navigating your awareness. The Platonic solids are sacred geometry, and very important to the chakra centers in the body. The Chakra centers are going to resonate with the shapes and colors. This part is going to be combining definitions with the symbols. Tetrahedron=Fire=Action Cube=Earth=Structure Octahedron=Air=Thought Dodecahedron=Light=Consciousness Icosahedron=Water=Life (There's levels of this relating to the Tarot and Merkabah, but I feel like this is already too much to elaborate in a post) Now using those shapes inside theta should have significant changes in perception. Also keep in mind the breath spiral also aids in manifestation of those sacred geometry figures in the mind. My most successful meditations are 7,7,7,7 breathing with alternating the platonic solids. Now, Hyper-Solids are what I call the stacking of Platonic Solids. Like a Hyper-cube= Tesseract= Cube inside a Cube. That particular shape is for navigating time and Earth. I have a more in-depth guide for that specifically, but it is something to experiment personally with. Combining the "Hyper-Solids" spinning, with different colors, with mudras, and breath patterns will yield incredible changes and results for you. I'm going to stop this post here, I hope it is coherent enough for "normies" or people interested in meditation and consciousness. This post gives the tools or "Keys" to everything. I recommend a dream journal to use with these techniques. You should quickly become "wise" to how "God" speaks to you through your dreams.
