The dawg @Kaminsky21 put on a show at Pro Day, but there’s a ton of behind the scenes work that he’s put in all offseason to get to this point.
Here’s how we attacked the offseason to get him here⬇️
Appreciate @DrivelineBB putting this pro day together for us FA’s.
Top end velo and developing a better changeup to limit damage vs righties have been a focus this offseason.
Velo is up ~2.5 ticks (94.1) from in-season in AAA in ‘24.

Appreciate @Crider_HP and @GetSiggyWithIt_ 🐐🐐

Former MLB LHP and recent AAA farmhand Rob Kaminsky has been dominant in the PCL against lefties with a 23.4 K-BB%. The focus has been improving his CH, increasing FB velo, and getting more distinct 4S shape to better attack right handed hitters this year. This bullpen features a 94.1mph heater which is his fastest pitch since 2019!
Built up to 80 pitches and added a splitter.
Live bp’s and sim game video+trackman data:
Sinker: 91-92
Slider: 85-87
4 Seam: 91-93
Splitter: 80-83

He’s been keeping hitters off-balance all offseason with his plus sinker/slider combo and a newly added CH. Mechanical adjustments have led to increased velocity/stamina, and he’s not done yet!📈#cspfamily #freeagent

ALT We are horrified by the acts of terrorism committed against the people of Israel that took so many lives. We mourn for all those who lost loved ones and pray for the wounded, their caretakers and those still searching for family and friends. We condemn these acts of hatred and violence and are heartbroken for the people of Israel.
