Even New York Times bestselling authors need great images! I photographed Kurt Andersen for South Beach Magazine, and this portrait is still a favorite. Your next chapter deserves a great portrait too. bradstarks.com #BrandingPhotography #MadisonPhotographer

Alex Pretti's mother: The federal government went on TV and lied about Alex. They tried to slander Alex to cover up their crime. We want to clear our son's name, and the world to understand who Alex really was. We want our son's killers brought to justice once and for all. We are begging for the Department of Justice to hold the men who murdered our son accountable for what they did.

Alex Pretti's father: Our son was shot and killed by the government, federal immigration agents, on January 24th, 2026. We learned about his death from the media as we saw him being shot repeatedly in the back after helping a woman from his community. This was not a protest that Alex was at. His hands were in the air, and his face was on the ground when he was executed by ICE agents. We know exactly what our eyes saw. No one from the federal government called us on that day. But they did go on TV to tell lies about Alex. No one has called us since. No one has recanted those lies.

We’re seeing a war that has started in Iran, we’re seeing corruption on levels that we have never seen before…we are also seeing seeds of HOPE across this country and each and every one of you is a seed of hope here in Florida and Angie Nixon is a SHINING BEACON of that hope…
Florida Democratic Senate candidate Angie Nixon, who is challenging Republican Sen. Ashley Moody, was asked whether Cuba is a dictatorship. Here's what she had to say.
“That is what people have told me. I have never been to Cuba, and so I will have to take their word for it," Nixon told CBS News’ @cbenavidesTV. Nixon also criticized the decades-long U.S. embargo on Cuba and said she supports returning to Obama-era policies.

Buttigieg: Folks say, “I'm not sure I can put food on the table, I need help.” And they're busy defending the honor of whoever did the interior decoration of The Cheesecake Factory. That's what's on their mind right now.
It's not even that they're just focused on the wrong things... It's that they created these problems.
