Muslim women in London harasses British old lady but a bystander intervened and said “leave her alone, have some respect you filthy savage”. Was he correct?

tem uma serie chamada kevin can fuck himself que fala exatamente sobre esse tipo de relação, enquanto os takes dele fazendo esse tipo de coisa tem toda estética de sitcom, os takes dela tem uma estetica mega sombria

Replying to @united
@united literally lost our plane - delayed our sfo->EWR flight 4 times with a different excuse each time, no plane at gate, now is admitting they "just don't know where the plane is". How do you lose a plane?

Now they have an alarm going off and they can't figure out how to turn it off. This is outright dysfunctional. Should we be worried about the plane mechanically working?

5+ from hours from schedule and still no plane. The pilot is standing up and saying he's got a feeling they're going to find it any moment now. I have never seen anything like this

Can we finally admit that the #microservices craze was harmful to the software industry? Sure, they are good in theory, but most teams end up with unmaintainable, slow, unreliable, hard-to-change monstrosities We now use "modular monolith" as consolation, but I still say back-end

Took Tuesday off and had Thanksgiving early this year. - didn't compete with other events, had more people over - family traveled on Thanksgiving day rather that around it - easier travel - spent today doing nothing. - easier to buy food I think this is just better??

.@Zipcar has been seeing a really strong drop in the quality of service recently. Are we seeing the knock on effects of a continued parts shortage - are other car related services struggling this hard?

Able to get a 40ms response from fly.io with a pretty vanilla Django app. Pretty impressed!

Star Trek makes *far* more sense if it's secretly a culturally translated story... about wizards with sufficiently advanced magic. It was just reworded as "technology" so we Muggles could relate. Don't believe me? The evidence is undeniable: 1/16

If you've ever driven into NYC via the Holland Tunnel, you know how jaw-dropping this photo is. This is what it looked like today during what would’ve been the height of rush hour. It was taken by @northjersey's phenomenal drone team of @DanielleParhiz & @spotnewsphotog.

A lot of people have been asking the same question: why do things seem so calm in Japan over the virus when in the West, people are losing their minds? Does Japan have it under control, or is it sweeping things under the carpet? We took a look (1/) bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
