BEYOND NIGERIA 🇳🇬
A Political Case for Separation
A while ago, I wrote a series of articles explaining why Nigeria, as currently structured, is not a sustainable political union, and why every ethnic nation within it needs to confront the faulty foundation and begin serious conversations about separation as a permanent solution.
This is not about hate. It is not about emotion. It is about structure, history, and political reality. I used the Igbo nation as a case study, but any ethnic group in Nigeria can replace “Igbo” with their own and understand the argument from their perspective.
I broke it down step by step:
– how Nigeria was formed
– why it keeps failing
– why reforms, from Aburi to multiple national conferences, have not worked
– and what a realistic alternative could look like
If you care about the future of this place we call a country, take time to read the full series with an open mind, not emotion.
This is a thread every Nigerian should read, regardless of ethnicity.
And please let’s stop calling ourselves “tribes.” That word was used to reduce complex societies into something primitive. We are nations.

Nigerian girls really surprise me, bro!
I was talking to this girl some months ago, she seemed pretty cool for the first few days, but then she started needing money.
First it was data, then emergency money twice, all within a week. It was not a lot of money, but it was insensitive to even do that. I helped her out anyway after explaining to her that I didn’t have much.
She asked again a few days later, and I let her know I wasn't cool with it. She got offended for some reason, and I stopped talking to her completely. That didn't stop her.
She came back a few weeks later for an urgent ₦8k. I ignored it. After a month, she texted me again… she wanted to rent an apartment for her birthday and asked me to join her "group of sponsors." 😂 I ignored.
This girl called me immature, fgs. 😭😂😂

I think Nigeria owes all those who were executed by firing squad for armed robbery in the 70s, 80s and 90s a public apology and should beg their spirits for forgiveness.
Because if the spirits of those guys can see the level of stealing our politicians have normalised in this country today, eh, e reach for their spirits to hold Nigeria back. 😂

Atiku and his ADC coalooters thought they had everything figured out. They were counting on Peter Obi’s calm nature to pressure him into accepting the VP position, while they inherited the Obidient movement and its massive political energy.
Their calculation failed to account for one stubborn group: the Obidient Ninjas and their “#PeterObiorNothing” campaign.
Obi waka comot, and suddenly everybody had to find their own crowd. 😂
All that noise about political structures, where the structures dey now? Aregbesola and his mighty South-West structure, where una dey? Even Atiku’s campaign council no carry Aregbesola along.
Where Tambuwal dey sef? Atiku nko? E be like say Baba don quietly relocate to Dubai again. Abi una don finally agree to resign for Obi ni? 😂

Even though Nigerians didn’t fall for the religious sentiments that APC and Tinubu tried to stir up with that special Kaaba-kissing stunt in Saudi Arabia, there’s something nobody seems to be talking about.
How much of our country’s wealth did this man and his APC thieves have to pay the Saudis to get that special treatment? Just asking o. 🤔
And to ordinary Muslims, the question I want you to ask yourselves is this: If everyone is equal in the eyes of allah, and if the most noble in the eyes of allah is the most righteous among us, as stated in quran 49:13, why is Saudi Arabia arranging special treatment for certain people to enter the Kaaba? Especially someone like Tinubu. Can anyone tell me one noble thing Tinubu has done? 🕋

Political rhetoric is the same everywhere.
Corruption by politicians is the same everywhere.
The public are incredibly foolish.
