I’d hardly call being convicted of rape and assault a “click bait headline” Bev, but go off with your conspiracy shite.. again 🫩

Such an important inquiry
grooming-gangs.independent-i… 786 I am pleased to share that Birmingham and Wales have now been included in the next phase of The Statutory Independent Inquiry’s investigations. The inclusion of Birmingham in this next phase is very welcome and is an important step in ensuring that the experiences of victims and survivors in Birmingham can contribute to the Inquiry’s work. I welcome the opportunity for these experiences and concerns to be heard and considered as part of the Inquiry’s investigations. I fully support The Statutory Independent Inquiry in its work to establish the truth, listen to victims and survivors, and ensure that our voices and experiences help shape its findings and recommendations. For victims and survivors who wish to participate, the National Listening Project is expanding opportunities to share your experiences with the Inquiry. You do not need to live in Birmingham, Wales or another investigation area to take part. Participation is voluntary, and you can choose the way that feels right for you. The link for the National Listening Project is provided below grooming-gangs.independent-i… Our voices matter, and they must continue to be heard and I urge everyone to support The Statutory Independent Inquiry into Grooming Gangs. Thank you Femi Mohammed  @annelongfield #NationalInquiry #VictimsAndSurvivors

RNLI volunteers involved in Sunday’s rescue have reportedly had their names and home addresses shared online. Nigel Farage shared, then deleted, Ant Middleton’s post calling for the RNLI to be defunded. Middleton, once an RNLI ambassador, is not fit to shine the wellies of today’s RNLI heroes. Very heart warming to read this young boys efforts have been recognised by his club @WBA Walking 40 miles from #TheHawthorns to #PridePark for Wednesdays @EFL @dcfcofficial v @WBA fixture is going to be tough …. very tough, and he’s doing it to raise awareness and funds for @JeffAstleFdn He’s 15 years old. By coincidence I’m actually going to be at the @WBA academy that morning delivering #BrainHealth education to the youth team and Under21’s, then nipping over the road to say hello to the #BaggiesBuddies dementia group at their monthly get together. Myself and the brother in law @le_lebouf76 will be meeting up with @BaggiesEli and the team to walk the last few miles with them. It would be lovely to see fellow Baggies fans attending Wednesdays away game giving this young lad a great reception when the group get to the ground, because they truly will deserve it 👏👏 @JeffAstleFdn “ Supporting the Past and Educating for the Future.” @snarka @astle1968 @le_lebouf76 @AwayWba @LewisCox_star @GezMulholland @JeffAstleFdn @jeffprestridge @viksinghdosanjh @DeanoTheBaggie @alanshearer @SkySportsNews

B’H - 786 Contained, Ignored and Silenced: Speaking Out About My Experience with Laila Cunningham - PUBLIC STATEMENT by Survivor Femi Mohammed PART 1/4 🧵 This statement is accompanied by a video recording of myself, together with supporting communication evidence in the form of X messages and emails. All personal information, as well as the names of any other individuals referred to, have been redacted When a political figure like Laila Cunningham @policylaila publicly speaks about her Muslim identity and positions herself as an advocate for survivors, Muslim survivors and survivors of colour should not have to feel humiliated, abandoned or that we are fighting for recognition, support or even a voice when we reach out to her for help. I am speaking out in the public interest as a voice for Muslim survivors and survivors of colour. This statement presents my personal experience of seeking help from Laila Cunningham at a time when I was excluded from and removed as a Muslim participant in MP Rupert Lowe’s Rape Gang Inquiry. It sets out the concerns I raised with her, the evidence I provided and how I was treated. Laila Cunningham was the first politician to become aware of my circumstances and could have been a champion for me, standing up for a Muslim survivor and for other survivors of colour who had experienced what I believe to be discrimination and exclusion arising from @RupertLowe10 The Lowe’s Rape Gang Inquiry. This was particularly significant in the aftermath of the Rape Gang Inquiry report, which I believe unfairly placed blame on Islam and the Pakistani community. She had an opportunity to use her position to help me and others who were experiencing these issues.  Instead, she remained silent. After my traumatic ordeal as a Muslim participant of The Rape Gang Inquiry @rapeganginquiry , where I was selected to give evidence at the parliament hearings in February 2026, only to be removed without explanation pertaining to myself, I did not know who to turn to for help. When I saw Laila Cunningham’s X profile and read that she was a Muslim woman and a defender of women, with it also being Ramadan, a time that should embody mercy, justice, and protection for the vulnerable, I took it as a ray of hope and reached out to her for help and support.  On 25th February 2026, I sent Laila Cunningham a message on X wishing her Ramadan Mubarak. I explained that I was seeking her assistance regarding a grave matter and the risk to my life I have faced since speaking out against a Conservative public figure who sexually assaulted me twice in my home. The second assault occurred after a meeting that was to consist only of a female council ASB officer and myself. I hoped I would have the opportunity to tell her what this individual had done to me. Instead, without my consent and against my wishes, the public figure and a male police officer were brought into my home. I was told that if I refused their attendance, I would receive no help from either the council or the police. After the meeting, the council and police officers left me alone with the public figure. I went on to state that as we are currently seeing with situations like the Epstein case, as a victim, I too have found that powerful men are protected by institutions such as the police and the justice system. Both of my cases were manipulated to such an extent that even the judge involved publicly criticised West Midlands Police for choosing not to use Voice Identification Technology to identify him. PART 4/4 🧵 Turning your back on a survivor without an explanation is the very silencing you claim to oppose.  For me, what makes this disloyalty all the more devastating is that I trusted Alex Phillips @ThatAlexWoman’s word as a woman who said she stood against abuse, only to feel that she has gatekept and protected powerful individuals, associates and friends who have, in my experience, all taken part in protecting the system and those who abuse women and girls  @Hardeep_Matharu @AndrewKershley @mehdirhasan @PippaCrerar   @BylineTimes @TheCanaryUK @uk_islamophobia @SamaramGill

PART 3/4 🧵 Simultaneously on the 1st June 2026, I received an X message from Samara Gill stating how horrible it was to hear and read what had been happening around me. She said: “Hi Femi!  Hope you are well, horrible to hear and read what has been happening around you. I would like to invite you onto my show to discuss it, is that something you might be interested in? Best, Samara Talk” I replied by email, explaining that, as women of colour, she may have faced many similar challenges, and I believe that, for the future of all girls, we must continue to take up this cause and fight for our voices to be heard. At the time, I did not have a laptop or computer. For the podcast I recorded with Ben Habib, which, I believe he did not release to protect Rupert Lowe, political figures and parties, the lady brought her own laptop and equipment. If it would be possible, I would be happy to visit her studio instead. On the 15th June 2026, Samara Gill asked me: Hi Femi, do you have an iPhone by chance? maybe you could do it on that?” I sent her a voice note accepting and provided my number, asking if I could speak to her because I had never done a podcast before and I was a little nervous.  She replied, saying: “oh you are too sweet I will WhatsApp shortly” We exchanged WhatsApp messages and spoke on the 16th June. She explained that her colleague Alex Phillips was also receiving hate from Restore members, to which I replied that I had been in communication with Alex and explained my experience.  That was the last time I heard from Samara Gill. I did not realise that Samara Gill and Alex Phillips were colleagues. The timing cannot be ignored. I believe that once Samara Gill @SamaramGill went back to Alex Phillips regarding me and my situation, Samara Gill too was shut down.  Given everything I had already shared with Alex Phillips in confidence, and the fact that she had initially encouraged me to speak and send her my evidence, the sudden silence is deeply troubling and leaves me with the strong impression that my story had once again been deliberately closed down. I hope my public statements with evidence of my experiences with powerful public figures in the media, politicians, political parties, survivors movement and charities, all connected to each other, show how Muslim, Black and Brown survivors of child and adult sexual crimes are silenced and erased by those who claim to speak up for women and girls. On one hand, Alex Phillips @ThatAlexWoman claims that her abuse by Restore Britain was revolting, yet, in my experience, she carried out the ultimate revolting act by containing and silencing me as a survivor and, in effect, protecting and covering up the very abuse and intimidation by Restore Britain that she speaks of. It feels to me that Alex Phillips only sees abuse as revolting when it centres on her as a white woman. My experience has left me with the impression that Alex Phillips's outrage at abuse does not extend equally to Muslim, Black and Brown survivors. When that same abuse is experienced by women like me, the outrage and solidarity disappear, leaving the survivor without a voice. What Alex Phillips has done to me is a shameful act of betrayal of women and girls. If you truly believe women and girls deserve to be heard, then you cannot pick and choose which women and girls are worthy of your solidarity. We should all be treated as equals.  CONTINUED IN PART 4  @Hardeep_Matharu @AndrewKershley @mehdirhasan @PippaCrerar   @BylineTimes @TheCanaryUK @uk_islamophobia

PART 2/4 🧵 Alex then asked where I was based in the UK stating: “Oh Femi that is so sweet Where are you in the UK? Perhaps we should start a little sisterhood! Would love to just sit and hold your paw in solidarity, or put a cocktail in it! The friendship of women means everything to me So many men are hurtful. But the kindness and non judgment when two women sit and put the world to rights is so healing xxx“ When I provided my location, she went on to say  “That's where my church is (where I was confirmed) I need to come up soon to see my Reverend. Now I have double the reason! Xxx That is wonderful” I offered to cook lunch or dinner for her when she came, and she responded enthusiastically about making plans. A few days later, I was having difficulties accessing my X account, and since speaking for Muslim, Black, Brown and survivors of colour against the right wing led survivors movement and high profile individuals I have been involved with, I felt shadow banned by the platform. I was worried that I might be silenced, so I reached out to Alex again, giving her my email so that she had another way of contacting me. I asked if I could send her the evidence of my attempt to take action against one of my groomers and traffickers, my sexual assault by a Conservative public figure, my experience with individuals at Rupert Lowe’s Rape Gang Inquiry and Ben Habib. Her response was: “Please please do.” I received an email on the 4th June 2026 from Alex Phillips saying: “Hi Femi my love. Just got your messagr on X. Do tell me more.” I replied on the same day, stating that I am deeply concerned that Elon Musk’s X may be attempting to silence me in order to protect Rupert Lowe.  I wanted to share my story with her to highlight the scale of what Rupert Lowe and Ben Habib have tried to cover up. These individuals are not patriots, rather, they have acted as protectors of the establishment and, in my experience, abusers of children like myself who have also been abused as adults. I added my official evidence in trust, to show her the enormity of the cover up by the institutions of my cases against the public figure, who has been described as a very powerful and dangerous man. On the 5th June 2026, Alex Phillips emailed me to say that she was taking time to read all of this carefully. She said, “Hey Femi! Just to let you know I am taking time to read all of this carefully. I cannot believe what you have been through. I am speechless. Words won't do me justice right now” I responded, thanking her for her email and explaining that I had more evidence against the police, CPS and their manipulation of my cases, and the local authority audio admission of other victims. I explained that I understood that this situation may be too big for her, so please not to worry and that I did not mean to put her under any pressure. Alex Phillips responded on the 6th June 2026, saying: “Not at all! I want to be able to sit and read your testimony a few times. It is so much to take in. You are insanely brave“ That was the last email contact I had from Alex Phillips. My final communication with Alex Phillips was on the 9th June 2026, where I said: “Good morning Alex, I hope you are well. I would be very grateful if you could let me know by tomorrow whether you may be able to assist me with this situation, as I need to make some decisions regarding my next steps. Thank you for your time and consideration.” I never received a response or heard from Alex Phillips @ThatAlexWoman again. B’H - 786 PUBLIC STATEMENT - Selective Outrage, Selective Solidarity: My Experience With Alex Phillips @ThatAlexWoman PART 1/4 🧵 This statement contains X messages, WhatsApp messages, and emails as supporting evidence, which are attached as images in Posts 1–4. All personal information has been redacted. The individuals mentioned have been involved with me in public matters, and their identities are already publicly known.  This statement is made in the public interest. After reading Alex Phillips’s story in The Telegraph on Tuesday, 11th August 2026, about the abuse she has been receiving for criticising Restore Britain, and her view that women like her should be able to offer opinions on political movements without a torrent of sexist slurs, I agree that all women should be able to offer opinions on politics and political issues without experiencing misogyny, hatred, or abuse.  I stand with every woman who experiences this. Following my public statement on X, in which I spoke out about my experience with Mp Rupert Lowe’s Rape Gang Inquiry and shared supporting evidence, I was subjected to horrific abuse from Restore Britain supporters.  Comments saying that I deserved the rape I experienced, including being trafficked, groomed, and abused by white grooming gangs from the age of 17, were immensely distressing to read. Worse still, that this abuse should continue and happen over and over again.  Alex Phillips is in a privileged position to highlight the abuse of women and girls who have experienced child sexual exploitation and abuse, trafficking, grooming, and sexual crimes in adulthood. I was therefore elated when Alex Phillips, contacted me in solidarity over the same abuse I was receiving at the hands of Restore Britain supporters. What I never imagined was that, ultimately, as her Telegraph title suggests, when she spoke of “women like her,” what she really meant was white women like her being able to offer opinions on politics, political movements without a torrent of sexist slurs. Below is my experience with evidence attached of how Alex Phillips contacted me, wanting to visit my home. She received my testimony and evidence concerning my child sexual exploitation, abuse, trafficking, and grooming, alongside evidence of my sexual assault by a Conservative public figure, and the threats and evidence of the attacks on my life. This information was provided to Alex Phillips at a time when my access to my X account was under threat. I provided it because I believed she could be a voice for me. Instead, Alex Phillips contained my story and silenced my voice as a vulnerable Muslim survivor of colour. I also believe that when her colleague, Samara Gill @SamaramGill expressed an interest in covering my story, she too was instructed to back off. It is deeply damning that Alex Phillips can publicly condemn the sexist abuse directed at women like herself, while, in my experience, failing to use her platform to support, protect, or amplify a Muslim survivor of colour who had entrusted her with evidence of serious abuse, exploitation, and threats to her safety. On the 31st May 2026, Alex Phillips messaged me on X, saying,  “You are being so incredibly brave risking the ire of the mad online Restore followers, after everything you have been through Respect“ Our conversation quickly became a warm exchange about women, courage, solidarity and the importance of using our voices. I told Alex how much I respected her intelligence and bravery, and how, despite everything I have experienced, I have always tried to hold on to the courage to speak out. We spoke about the strength of women supporting women and how that friendship and solidarity can be healing in the face of abuse from Restore supporters.  CONTINUED IN PART 2   @Hardeep_Matharu @AndrewKershley @mehdirhasan @PippaCrerar   @BylineTimes @TheCanaryUK @uk_islamophobia

PART 6/9 🧵 When an organisation like The Maggie Oliver Foundation positions itself as a voice for survivors, the expectation should be simple: real support, real outcomes, and real accountability. However, from my experience, that has not been the reality. Too often, survivors are expected to continue sharing their stories while meaningful action does not follow. Instead, those in privileged positions see their public images amplified, profile portfolios grow, lifestyles change, as lucrative opportunities come their way, whilst survivors are given repeated assurances yet remain unheard, unsupported, and unable to move forward. Survivors deserve more than words and promises, they deserve transparency, responsibility, and meaningful change that they can actually feel in their lives. Organisations that claim to stand with survivors must be willing to listen to them, support them, and be accountable when concerns are raised. Accountability cannot exist only in public statements, it must be demonstrated through actions behind closed doors. Women and girls of Black, Brown and ethnic minorities should never be forced to fight harder to be believed, supported, treated equally and with dignity and respect by those who publicly claim to support all survivors. When this occurs within The Maggie Oliver Foundation, as has happened with me, it is not a misunderstanding or oversight, it is a serious failure that risks further harm and raises fundamental questions about its integrity and the way this charity that raises money in the name of survivors treats the very survivors it claims to support. I am speaking up in the public interest in the hope that this public statement may reach the Prime Minister, including Satvir Kaur, Minister for Safeguarding, Violence Against Women and Girls, and Equalities, so that meaningful change can be achieved for survivors. All survivors and their experiences should be treated equally and not sabotaged because of a demographic group and narrative being pushed upon the public via the media. Equality must mean equality for all survivors, without hierarchy, bias, or exclusion. Fairness cannot exist where some survivors are elevated while others are ignored and erased. No survivor should be marginalised, disregarded, or silenced because they do not fit a preferred narrative. A truly inclusive survivor support system must ensure that every voice that speaks up matters and that support, recognition, and justice are available to everyone, regardless of who they are or how their experiences fit public perceptions. Only then can we create trust in organisations that genuinely represent and stand for all survivors. PART 5/9 🧵 Knowing that my involvement with the police, and all the complaints I had to compile with so many organisations, had taken their toll on me, and that I was at my most vulnerable, feeling as though my life was over after the trial and in much need of support, all advocacy support, including the emotional support I had been promised for two years, which had always been recommended to me, and for which I had been assessed, met the requirements, been offered, and kept on awaiting list for 5 months, was cruelly withdrawn by The Maggie Oliver Foundation. This was carried out in a coordinated manner by their Emotional Support Co-ordinator, JF, their Emotional Support and Operations Manager, CW, my Caseworker, MM, and trainee, BB. Trainee BB was initially used in an attempt to remove me from the service. When that did not succeed, Emotional Support and Operations Manager CW then took over and ultimately carried out the withdrawal of my support. This was accompanied by a breach of my confidentiality and with my Caseworker, MM, also being copied into their responses to me.  No working together guidance was sent to me that correctly worked as the link stated the document was not found. I believe this was done to completely disengage me from The Maggie Oliver Foundation in order to cover up the wrongdoing that was done to me. Images 14 -21a, show how this transpired.  (PLEASE SEE EVIDENCE IMAGES 14,15,16,17,18,19,19a, 19b, 20, 21 & 21a) I was left without any form of assistance for my cases during a period of serious and ongoing risk. I believe that the Foundation’s failure to deliver on its agreed role, assurances, combined with its withdrawal of support at critical moments and the provision of misleading information, has materially contributed to my vulnerability, caused me severe emotional distress and had a devastating impact on my life. The Maggie Oliver Foundations actions have undermined my ability to pursue justice as the limitation period for legal action against the Conservative public figure in relation to my sexual assault expired in February 2026. My caseworker MM and Trustees CGS and MO were provided with audio evidence from July 2025 and were asked to forward it to Maggie Oliver. In that recording, a local authority officer stated that he was aware of other alleged victims. He described the individual concerned as powerful, with significant financial resources and connections, and questioned why police action had not been more forceful. Throughout my time with the Foundation, my Senior Advocacy Caseworker & Advocacy Team Leader for Sexual Violence, MM, consistently expressed hope that evidence involving other alleged victims would come forward. Yet when this happened, the evidence was ignored by her and by The Maggie Oliver Foundation, and I did not receive any response from Maggie Oliver. What I have described is not an isolated misunderstanding, but a series of failures which, in my view, have placed me, and potentially other survivors, at greater risk. I believe that the Maggie Oliver Foundation's high profile public reputation and its connections within the legal sector can have a significant influence over survivors access to legal representation. In my experience, obstacles are placed in the way of a survivor who raises legitimate concerns about The Maggie Oliver Foundation or speaks up about mistreatment. I am releasing this statement in the public interest so the wider public can understand what I have experienced behind the scenes at The Maggie Oliver Foundation. Survivors who reach out for help should never be re-traumatised, discredited, discarded or abandoned when they raise legitimate concerns. PART 4/9 🧵 On the 30th March 2025, I attended the trial alone without the support I had been promised. During the proceedings, I experienced intimidation from a police officer, PC P, to the extent that Victim Witness Care staff asked whether I needed to be moved. I was not allowed to give evidence during the proceedings, even though this was the reason for my attendance. I believed that the voice recordings of the threats had been tampered with, as I still retained the original recordings, and it was revealed that the police had deliberately chosen not to use voice recognition technology to identify the caller. The Judge publicly criticised West Midlands Police, and his statements to the local media included: “The police had these voicemails for a long time now. They could have got expert witness, and using your own voice could have done a voice comparison. But, they chose not to.” After what had transpired at the trial I attempted to highlight to my Caseworker MM that the police were entertaining her. She acknowledged that she had serious concerns regarding the police conduct in both of my cases. I had tried explaining this to her for months but she was shocked by the level of corruption involved and felt it was too much, and that the only way forward was legal representation and taking my story to the media. On the 27th May 2025, my Caseworker MM confirmed on a voicemail that the actions of the police were serious and indicated that she was engaging with a legal firm connected to the Foundation, and that the matter would proceed towards legal action and media exposure, including discussions with an individual D from the legal firm. (PLEASE SEE EVIDENCE 12 AUDIO) I was instructed to compile a full evidential file in PDF format covering both cases from 2023 - 2025. I did not even know what a PDF file was and despite significant mental exhaustion and strain, I compiled the PDF file on the reliance that it was for my fight for justice and repeated assurances that legal and media support were actively being pursued.  Even though I was provided with an email address for legal individual D, my caseworker MM had a friendly relationship with this person. Despite being told that decisions were mine, I had no access to information and my request for updates were met with holiday unavailability explanations or workload pressures. After approximately six weeks without any decision or knowing how my case would be financially funded and aware that time was of the essence with the three year limitation period less than six months away, I requested that a second legal opinion be sought from Bhatt Murphy Solicitors, whom I had previously mentioned in November 2024. My Caseworker MM informed me that she had contacted Bhatt Murphy Solicitors regarding my case and that they had declined assistance. I contacted Bhatt Murphy Solicitors at the end of July 2025, and on the 4th August 2025 they confirmed via email that no one from The Maggie Oliver Foundation had contacted them in relation to my case. I was devastated to read this. (PLEASE SEE EVIDENCE IMAGE 13) When I questioned this, along with the lack of progress, the absence of emotional support, and the failure to follow through on legal and media assurances, I was met with denial. Throughout July 2025, my Caseworker MM denied that media support and legal assistance had been promised, despite earlier communications and substantial email and audio evidence clearly indicating both. Communications with the police, her contacts within the IOPC and Greater Manchester Police were also withheld from me.  CONTINUED IN PART 5 @andyburnham @ShabanaMahmood @jessphillips @VictimsComm @annelongfield  @MaggieOliverUK @TMOFCharity

PART 3/9 🧵 The burden placed on me required me to repeatedly relive my abuse, as well as the misconduct and manipulation within my cases. At the same time, I felt unable to speak up or challenge this situation because I did not want to upset my caseworker MM. This created a position where I felt I had to absorb the impact rather than raise concerns, despite the clear and escalating harm being caused to me.  From November 2024, I asked my Caseworker MM if The Maggie Oliver Foundation would consider securing the legal representation that was discussed when I initially spoke to her and RP. I received a reply entailing how an attempt is being made by the authorities to break me down, that my case was being discussed with Maggie Oliver on a weekly basis, confirmation that Bhatt Murphy Solicitors would be approached, that the media avenue was continuing to be pursued and that her contact at Greater Manchester Police would be contacted to escalate this externally.  (PLEASE SEE EVIDENCE IMAGE 10) On the 13th January 2025, two months prior to the trial, I was the victim of an attempted attack on my life, during which I was targeted by a vehicle and sustained a fractured ankle. During this period of immediate risk, my family attempted to contact my Caseworker MM at The Maggie Oliver Foundation for urgent support. Despite the known risk to my life, I was never provided with a direct emergency contact number, and my Caseworker MM’s landline with the Foundation always went to automatic voicemail. The Maggie Oliver Foundation failed to provide any assistance. This represented a complete failure to respond at a time of acute danger. In February 2025, one month before the trial, I was informed by my Caseworker MM that she would not attend the trial with me, reportedly due to a decision by her CEO. This directly contradicted prior assurances and left me without support at a critical stage. (PLEASE SEE EVIDENCE IMAGES 11 & 11a) An organisation that publicly claims to empower and support survivors, The Maggie Oliver Foundation withdrew its support at the exact point I needed it most, leaving me to face the trial alone despite known and ongoing risks to my safety. This decision was made with full knowledge of the threats against me, the seriousness of my case, and the reliance I had placed on their involvement. The removal of that support at such a critical moment did not simply reduce assistance; it left me vulnerable, exposed, and mentally shocked before the trial. My Caseworker MM then reached out to the same police force for assistance during the trial, the very force she had consistently raised concerns about, including their handling of my sexual assault case and their protection of the public figure involved. I told her that her actions were putting me in a humiliating position with the police, but she dismissed this. When the police contacted me due to her request, they asked why The Maggie Oliver Foundation were not accompanying me to court. Embarrassed, I had no answer, and the officer laughed it off. At the same time, I was dealing with what I understood to be manipulation across both of my cases and the construction of a false police narrative, which had been exposed via the police subject access requests I had made, with further revelations coming to light after the trial. A Detective Chief Inspector AP from West Midlands Police, sought to take my sexual assault case back to the CPS on the basis that he had identified evidence warranting serious attention. His involvement was abruptly stopped by West Midlands Police and he was moved to a different position and post. PART 2/9 🧵 Having been involved with The Maggie Oliver Foundation for nearly two years, and given the length and significance of that involvement, this statement provides an overview of my experiences and the events that took place. I published my full story on my X profile on the 11th June 2026, titled “Why I Am Publishing My Story”, which details my experiences of Child Sexual Exploitation, sexual assault, and threats against me as a vulnerable adult, by a Conservative public figure. Pages 8–17 of my full story provide further context for the events outlined in this statement. My Experience with The Maggie Oliver Foundation I initially approached the Foundation seeking support and advocacy. My contact began in October 2023 through an online enquiry form. On the 16th November 2023, Senior Advocacy Caseworker & Advocacy Team Leader for Sexual Violence, MM, responded, inviting me to provide full details of my case to be shared with Maggie Oliver. I followed through on her advice and explained that I needed assistance to speak publicly, due to serious safety concerns arising from threats made against me for speaking up about my sexual assault, as the individual was a public figure. Following a Teams meeting in December 2023, I was given clear assurances of structured support. This included monthly contact, assistance with complaints to authorities, support with media engagement, and attendance at any trials that would take place. I relied on these assurances and provided full disclosure of my evidence. I signed an authority/consent agreement permitting the Foundation to act on my behalf. Head of Safeguarding and Legal Advocacy Manager, RP, expressed strong interest in my case and supported the use of media exposure as a protective measure once I had exhausted all avenues of justice. On the 10th January 2024 I was told RP would begin those initial steps with reaching out to their trusted media partners. I was given media assurances again on the 8th May 2024 and that both RP and MM were both working on the media about my case.  (PLEASE SEE EVIDENCE IMAGES 7, 7a & 8) In July 2024 the trial date for the threats against my life by the public figure had been confirmed and my Caseworker MM made a note of the date, as she would be attending the trial with me.  (PLEASE SEE EVIDENCE IMAGE 9) Head of Safeguarding and Legal Advocacy Manager RP attended the pretrial hearing in November 2024, after which he unexpectedly left The Maggie Oliver Foundation. I was not given any explanation as to why he had left. Following his departure, the support I had been promised began to collapse. My caseworker MM stepped back from the agreed responsibilities. She informed me that, with Head of Safeguarding and Legal Advocacy Manager RP leaving, she was overwhelmed, overloaded with work for The Maggie Oliver Foundation as well as her own private work, and lacked sufficient support. Instead of providing advocacy or assistance, I was managing complex and serious complaints procedures myself, including complaints to the IOPC, CPS, IAC, ICO, LGSCO, the Police and Crime Commissioner, the Police Standards Department, and making police subject access requests. This was not a minor reduction in support but a fundamental withdrawal of the role The Maggie Oliver Foundation had committed to providing me. Most concerning of all, when opportunities arose to meet with senior police officers, my Caseworker, MM, put herself forward to attend those meetings, while I was excluded from face to face discussions that concerned my own case. B’H - 786 PUBLIC STATEMENT BY FEMI MOHAMMED: MY EXPERIENCE AS A SURVIVOR WITH THE MAGGIE OLIVER FOUNDATION (2023–2025) PART 1/9 🧵 I am publishing this statement in the public interest, based on my experience as a survivor who engaged with @TMOFCharity, The Maggie Oliver Foundation between 2023 and 2025.  This statement is supported by evidence which I have numbered and attached as images. To accommodate the evidence, this statement has been presented as an nine-part thread. Readers are encouraged to read the thread in its entirety. It was after this experience with The Maggie Oliver Foundation, that I was introduced to Sammy Woodhouse and subsequently added as a participant in MP Rupert Lowe’s Rape Gang Inquiry. My experiences with prominent figures and organisations within the survivors movement have revealed what I believe to be a deeply troubling pattern: the experiences of women and girls of Black, Brown, Muslim and ethnic minorities are not simply overlooked, but actively contained and marginalised. It is not that we do not speak up, it is that when we do, our voices are dismissed, excluded, or covered up. This allows others to control the narrative while our stories remain unheard and ultimately erased, as happened to me during my participation in Rupert Lowe’s Rape Gang Inquiry. I also make this statement in support of all survivors who have had similar experiences with The Maggie Oliver Foundation and who feel they have been left without a voice.  A prominent survivor with a public platform, who has been aware of my situation since October 2025, informed me that she had her suspicions about The Maggie Oliver Foundation for a long time. This survivor could have used her platform to highlight the plight of other survivors and my experience at The Maggie Oliver Foundation, yet she has remained silent and has gone on to support them. Despite repeated public statements by @MaggieOliverUK, Maggie Oliver that survivors are being silenced by the establishment and authorities, my experience was that I was silenced by The Maggie Oliver Foundation itself. When the matter reached the complaints appeal stage, an attempt to impose a non-disclosure clause or gag order was made. I had never heard of a non-disclosure clause before and did not understand what it was or what implications it could have for me. I asked Trustee DS to provide a full explanation of what the Confidential Disclosure Clause entailed, how it would affect me, and a copy of the relevant document relating to the Confidential Disclosure Clause. She responded that it would be added to the final report, but was unable to provide any explanation of its legal effect or practical implications, nor any official documentation that enabled me to understand what I was being asked to agree to. Throughout the complaints process, I consistently stated that the only outcome I sought was for the assurances given to me to be honoured. Under no circumstances would I ever betray or compromise survivors for financial gain. Without being provided with a clear explanation of the clause or the opportunity to understand its implications, I could not give informed consent to it. I therefore declined to sign it. My refusal to sign the Confidential Disclosure Clause was treated as an end to the complaints procedure. I made it explicitly clear that this was not the case; however, I was still removed from the process. I strongly believe this clause was used deliberately as a mechanism, and as part of an active effort, to create an opportunity to remove me from both the complaints procedure and from The Maggie Oliver Foundation.
