It's fucking insane to me how Riot hasn't taken a second look at their support team at all. istg every single day we see completely absurd bans that just get ignored by Riot support cos they hired some lazy mf to sit there copy pasting the same message to everyone instead of taking 5 minutes to look at each case. The face that CONTENT CREATORS have to make videos about people's cases for them to get seen is fucking outrageous and really shows how much Riot cares about their community.
