This is one of the most astonishing feats in the history of voluntary endurance. Harvey out there rewriting human potential. Well done my friend.
450 miles - 4 and a half days - 108 loops of Laz's backyard. 108 decisions to start. Countless opportunities to quit. At least twice, blood was pouring from his nose. But, in this paradoxical endurance crucible, he is the only one who didn't reach his limit. BIG'S #backyardultra

This Pride, I want all LGBTQ+ folks – but especially young people – to hear this:
I know we are in tough times. I know the road ahead looks long and hard.
But never doubt that you are welcomed, protected, and celebrated in Massachusetts.

ICYMI: @MassGovernor bucked tradition this afternoon when, instead of unveiling a framed portrait of a former governor to hang in her State House office per tradition, she revealed an empty frame.

The secret is there is no secret.
No magic tea. No superpower pill. If any of this stuff worked there wouldn't be a billion dollar industry of hacks.
Move your body. Eat whole foods. Sleep. Read. Surround yourself with good people. Practice your values. Show up consistently.

Before women held both seats in the Corner Office, there was @janemswift—the first woman to lead this state. We stopped by her fantastic farm to meet some new friends and snag some fresh eggs while we were out in Western Massachusetts today.

Choosing a former governor's portrait to hang in the Corner Office is a big decision. Luckily, I know just who to ask for help.

What I love most about this Zen aphorism is that it points toward the truth that there is no arriving.

2. Consistency Wins: true regardless of age (& applicable in all areas of life) but the older I get the more central it becomes. What you do daily/incrementally far exceeds in importance the volume and/or intensity of the output. Rinse. Repeat. Sustainability reigns supreme. 3/8
