Two reasons not to do this: (1) you're throwing backwards so a drop or bad pass is a fumble; and (2) it's obvious the play is going to Amon Ra. But if you just run it once it's confusing, gives you a man advantage on the WR screen. And it's Goff and ARSB, so it won't be dropped.
