Michaelia Cash: repeatedly denies or minimises the reality of endemic sexism in politics.
Also Michaelia Cash: '“I can’t imagine that was easy for him [Cash's partner], knowing he wouldn’t have children. But it’s also enabled me to do what I do.”'

As advocates, we continue to hear from many ALP & Greens staffers who have been silenced, and don't feel seen by their Party.
Stories of brave ALP women like @annajabourr have been largely overlooked. This makes survivors feel even more afraid to speak out. They deserve better.
Replying to @emma_husar
This is a problem on all sides of politics @NicolleFlint & I’ve been disappointed at the reluctantance of some to talk about Labor’s failure in my case bc they all think more women/quotas is the answer & not asking the perps to change their behaviour 🤦🏻♀️ is the solution
We're concerned survivors may be retraumatised if they participate in @Kate_Jenkins_' review.
It's dangerous for our nation's leaders to solicit disclosures without ensuring access to trauma-informed mental health care, or undertaking to support survivors who say they're unsafe.
Got a story about harassment or abuse in Parliament? Know someone who has? Here is where you can submit your story to Sex Discrimination Commissioner Kate Jenkins' Independent Review into Parliamentary Workplaces.
Please RT as widely as possible:

Thank you for your bravery and fearless advocacy for women in politics, @juliahbanks.
We have been working with survivors in politics for the past two years. @ScottMorrisonMP has ignored our work, and attempts to inform PMO of claims of misconduct against Cabinet ministers.
Morrison “embedded one of the worst periods in political history for women” (p.163 #PowerPlay)
Instead of more names, inquiries & investigations- what we need is leaders we trust - who take real action

We condemn @KatieAllenMP's remarks on @QandA.
Violence against women in political life or at work aren't issues that ANY federal MP should label 'unimportant'.
It is shameful Allen doesn't value her ability to contribute to feminist debate as the privilege that it is.

Former Liberal MP Julia Banks has levelled fresh accusations of sexism within the Coalition. Should the alleged perpertrator be named? And what steps can be taken to ensure all workplaces are safe for women? #QandA
We support female MPs like @ThwaitesKate speaking out against misogynistic political culture.
But @KatesList has heard from countless survivors (many in the ALP). We keep hearing female MPs know about misconduct, but aren't holding perpetrators inside the Party to account.
Coming up on @BreakfastNews, we speak to federal Labor MP @ThwaitesKate, who co-written an essay with former Labor Minister Jenny Macklin on ways of changing the Parliament House culture. #auspol (7.40am)
In honour of the one-year anniversary of Kate's passing, 'Changing Our Headline' has been renamed 'Kate's List.'
