[USK Special Report] 137. Exposure of the Special Prosecutor's Deceitful Investigation into Forged Ballots in South Korea
(This is a bit long, but please read & watch to the end. The content is important.)
1. The Reality of the Special Prosecutor's Current Investigation into Election Fraud in South Korea and the Background of Its Establishment
In the Republic of Korea (South Korea), a Special Prosecutor (led by Lee Tae-han) was recently established to investigate election management flaws and fraud. Starting from around noon yesterday, October 28, 2026, until around 1 a.m. today, October 29 (Korea Standard Time), they inspected the authenticity of a portion of the ballots from this year’s June 3 Local Elections.
This Special Prosecutor was pushed forward through a bipartisan agreement in the South Korean National Assembly, driven by the fervent demands of the public. Through this, foreign observers can surmise that election fraud in South Korea in recent years are by no means merely groundless rumors.
However, the Special Prosecutor is not conducting a thorough investigation of the ballots as originally promised, foreshadowing an inevitable head-on collision between the South Korean people and the current regime.
2. The Reality of Election Fraud Denounced in South Korea for Years
The issue of election fraud in South Korea first erupted in the National Assembly elections on April 15, 2020. Since then, countless pieces of evidence has emerged suggesting serious election fraud in subsequent elections. Most of the perceptive South Korean citizens strongly suspect that Communist China is involved.
Given that China has in recent years been found to have interfered in elections in countries as distant as Australia and Canada, and considering China's enormous interests in South Korea, most of us view such suspicions as reasonable.
A few days ago, USK broadcast a program on X titled ‘Eleven Grounds for the CCP’s Intervention in Recent South Korean Elections,’ and that video is currently posted on our X account.
Unlike claims of election fraud in the United States, which are raised primarily by conservatives, election fraud in South Korea is a fact believed by almost all perceptive South Korean citizens.
As will be explained in detail later, this is because distinct anomalies were discovered in election statistics in recent Korean elections, and the left-leaning judiciary explicitly violated judicial procedures during election trials, while thoroughly ignoring countless pieces of evidence pointing to fraud. Regarding the statistical anomalies, unlike the complex theories presented by election fraud theorists in the U.S., the case in South Korea is extremely simple and straightforward.
As pointed out by Bart Marcois, a prominent former Cold War warrior in the United States, South Korea has undoubtedly fallen victim to election fraud - a classic method used by Communists to seize power.
These important facts have simply remained largely unknown overseas because domestic and foreign media outlets have concealed them under the influence of the CCP’s influence operations or their own left-leaning political orientation.
3. The Special Prosecutor's Current Method of Ballot Investigation and Public Backlash
With approximately two months remaining in its investigation period, the Special Prosecutor currently inspected about 2.47 million local election ballots from a district in Jamsil, Seoul. These ballots had been stored in an underground warehouse at the Handball Gymnasium in Jamsil Olympic Park.
The public requested a live broadcast of this investigation and demanded that the authenticity of counterfeit ballots be thoroughly verified by inspecting the print quality, paper texture, and thickness using precision equipment. However, the Special Prosecutor finally rejected these demands, violating their own promise.
Furthermore, to the public's utter dismay, the task of inspecting this vast quantity of ballots was entrusted to officials from the National Election Commission (NEC) - the very entity suspected of being the primary perpetrator of the election fraud. A mere 40 public observers were forced to watch the process from a distance, far away from the investigation tables. As strange and unacceptable ballots appeared here and there throughout the large examination hall, photography was prohibited for all opposition-side observers except one. As a result, about 20 observers, including the former investigative journalist Lee Sang-ro, boycotted the observation and walked out.
After the special prosecutor’s examination of the 2.47 million ballots was completed, the ballots were handed over to the National Election Commission (NEC) this morning and finally removed from the Olympic Park storage facility. The NEC will likely destroy these ballots immediately or very soon.
4. What lies ahead
Such unfair ballot inspection procedures and the resulting loss of trust in the Special Prosecutor will undoubtedly intensify the confrontation between the public and the current regime. South Korean citizens will never tolerate massive election fraud that dismantles the nation's foundation, and since the current regime shows no intention of backing down, a head-on collision between the two appears inevitable.
The United States and the international community must never stand idle by during this crisis in the Republc of Korea, a nation that plays a vital role in defending global freedom. In particular, neglect by the United States - a core pillar of the ROK-U.S. alliance - will provoke strong backlash among most of Korean-American voters, contributing to results in the upcoming U.S. midterm elections that run counter to the hopes of the current U.S. Government.
5. Description of Attached Videos
(1) First Attached Video: Shows journalist LEE Sang-ro, a leader of the campaign for a thorough ballot investigation at Olympic Park, protesting inside the inspection venue against the Special Prosecutor for failing to conduct the investigation as promised.
(2) Second Attached Video: Shows attorney DO Tae-woo, who has continuously fought against election fraud in South Korea, protesting against the Special Prosecutor’s blanket ban on photography.
He demands that photos be taken jointly with the Special Prosecutor and that at least a portion of them be shared with the public. As justification, he cites past instances where the court monopolized evidence photos only to dispose of them later. His demand was, of course, dismissed by the special prosecutor.

예로부터 잘되는 집안에는 저마다 흥하는 전통이 있고, 망하는 집안에는 시대를 불문하고 똑같이 공유하는 패망의 이유가 있다. 국가와 문명도 예외가 아니다. 흥하는 나라는 위기 앞에서 내부의 법과 기강을 세우고 적을 직시하며 울타리를 단단히 고쳐 매는 전통을 지킨다. 반면 망하는 나라는 동서고금을 막론하고 마치 하나의 각본을 베껴 쓴 것처럼 소름 끼치도록 똑같은 말기 증상을 공유한다. 국경 밖에서는 전운의 먹구름이 몰려오고 적의 말발굽 소리가 땅을 울리는데, 유독 성안의 권력자들만 귀를 막은 채 기괴한 태평가를 부르며 집안싸움에 몰두하는 바로 그 증상이다.
1453년 오스만 제국의 거대한 대포가 콘스탄티노폴리스 성벽을 포위했을 때 비잔티움의 귀족과 성직자들은 천사의 성별이 남성인지 여성인지를 두고 끝도 없는 신학 논쟁을 벌였다. 1939년 제2차 세계대전 직전 프랑스는 히틀러의 기갑사단이 국경 코앞에 집결했을 때, 독일 숲의 탄약고를 폭격하면 사유재산 침해이자 히틀러의 심기를 건드린다며 폭격을 금지하고 내각 불신임 정쟁만 벌이다 단 6주 만에 파리를 내주었다. 북베트남의 기갑사단이 코앞까지 진격해 오는데도 미군 철수와 가짜 평화 협정문 한 장을 흔들며 권력 다툼에 취해 있던 1975년 봄 사이공의 풍경 또한 조금도 다르지 않았다.
2026년 10월의 마지막 날, 한반도를 둘러싼 바깥세상의 시계와 대한민국 성안의 시계를 나란히 대조해 보며 나는 그 망국의 데자뷔가 박물관의 유물이 아니라 바로 오늘 우리의 현실임을 목도한다.
지금 국경 밖의 세계는 어쩌면 6·25 전쟁 이후 가장 서늘한 호흡으로 돌아가고 있다. 미국은 알래스카에 있던 현존 최강의 스텔스 전투기 F-22 랩터를 서울에서 직선거리로 불과 550킬로미터 떨어진 일본 후쿠오카현 쓰이키 기지에 전진 배치했다. 출격 후 수십 분이면 한반도와 대만 상공에 도달하는 최단거리 실전 배치다. 동시에 미 본토 포트 리버티에서는 미 육군이 70여 년 만에 처음으로 불도저 8대와 굴착기 4대를 동원해 24시간 안에 전사자 2,400구의 시신을 파묻는 대규모 전장 매장 훈련을 실시했다. 강대국 간의 전면전이 터지면 쏟아지는 전사자를 본토로 후송할 여유조차 없다는 냉혹한 전제 아래 시작된 훈련이다.
중국은 항공모함 랴오닝함 전단을 필두로 해군 주력 군함과 공무선 53척을 띄워 규슈 남부부터 대만 해협, 필리핀 외해까지 거대한 포위망을 쳤다. 일본 정부는 방재청 출범에 맞춰 전 국민에게 최소 3일에서 일주일 치의 비상식량과 식수를 비축하라는 긴급 경고를 내렸고, 영국 또한 전 국민 생존 물자 비축 캠페인을 가동했다.
우리의 목덜미를 겨눈 북한은 어떠한가. 김포 애기봉 전망대에서 불과 1.5킬로미터 떨어진 개풍군 해안가에 위장막도 없이 자주포를 전진 배치해 수도권으로 포신을 겨누고 해안포 포문을 열었다. 서부전선 비무장지대에서는 군사분계선 남쪽 10미터 우리 땅까지 몰래 넘어와 지뢰를 묻어 우리 수색대대장의 발목을 절단냈고, 어제는 김정은이 직접 나와 자폭 드론으로 대한민국 최전방 감시초소와 K9 자주포 모형을 산산조각 내며 폭파시켰다.
이처럼 미·일·중·북이 일제히 안전핀을 뽑아 들고 실전 배치를 마친 폭풍전야의 한복판에서, 정작 당사자인 대한민국 성안에서는 믿기 힘든 초현실적인 희비극이 펼쳐지고 있다.
적의 지뢰에 현역 중령의 다리가 끊어졌건만, 집권여당인 민주당과 이재명 정권이 모든 국력을 쏟아붓고 있는 유일한 전쟁터는 오직 사법부다. 권력자 한 사람의 유죄 판결과 범죄 재판을 뒤집겠다고 검찰을 폐지하고, 법전 조문도 제대로 못 읽는 아마추어 특검을 앞세워 정적을 숙청하려다 뜻대로 안 되니, 이제는 대법원장을 국정조사 단두대에 세우겠다고 광분하고 있다.
밖에서는 미군이 전사자 2,400명을 묻을 구덩이를 파고 적장이 우리 초소 모형을 폭파하는데, 권력자들은 적의 지뢰가 방어용이라며 국어 강의를 하고, 컴퓨터 게임 속 북한군을 지우려 안달하며, 수령 한 명을 방탄하겠다고 나라의 법원을 부수며 낄낄대고 있다.
지난 80년간 대한민국이라는 집안을 일으켜 세웠던 굳건한 안보와 한미동맹, 법치라는 흥하는 전통을 제 손으로 걷어차고, 역사 속 망하는 집안들이 빠짐없이 공유했던 패망의 공식을 토씨 하나 틀리지 않고 따라가는 권력의 끝은 어떨 것인가. 구한말 탐관오리들이 판을 치던 시대를 살아가던 백성들의 절망이 이러했을 것이고, 패망 직전 사이공의 거리를 걸으며 북베트남의 포성을 듣던 시민들의 공포가 이러했을 것이다. 가장 무서운 안보 위기는 적의 강함이 아니라, 위기 앞에서 경보기를 스스로 꺼버린 지배층의 완벽한 뇌사 상태다. 지금 이 기괴하고도 소름 끼치는 대한민국의 태평성대가, 훗날 역사에 폭풍이 덮치기 직전 가장 어리석은 자들이 벌였던 마지막 광란의 기록으로 남지 않기만을 기도한다.

민주당 김문수가 대표 발의한 이른바 선행학습 금지법의 발상은 실로 경이롭다. 학원과 교습소, 개인과외까지 샅샅이 뒤져 다음 학기 교과서를 미리 가르치거나 광고하면 6개월간 문을 닫게 만들겠다는 것이다. 국가가 국민의 사적인 배움터까지 경찰의 돋보기를 들이밀어 학생이 몇 쪽을 더 읽었는지, 진도를 몇 달 앞서 나갔는지를 감시하고 처벌하겠다는 이 원대한 통제를 보며, 과거에도 사교육 금지 법을 발의했다가 2000년 헌법재판소에서 부모의 자녀 교육권과 학생의 자유를 침해한다며 위헌 결정을 내렸던 역사를 저들이 알기나 하는지 문득 궁금해진다.
더욱 웅장한 코미디는 저들이 내건 명분이다. 이 모든 서슬 퍼런 단속이 다름 아닌 공교육 정상화를 위해서란다. 무너질 대로 무너진 교실을 바라보며 묵묵히 절망해 온 학부모들의 가슴에 이토록 시원한 조롱을 던지는 정당이 또 어디 있겠는가. 대한민국의 교실이 왜 무너졌는가. 학생 인권이라는 거룩한 완장을 채워주며 교사의 훈계조차 아동학대로 몰아세우고, 교실을 민노총 산하 전교조의 정치 투쟁 실습장으로 전락시킨 자들이 누구였는가. 학생이 수업 시간에 책상에 드러누워 잠을 자고 교사를 조롱해도 제재할 방법이 없는 무법천지를 만들어 놓고, 정작 그 참담한 붕괴의 주범들은 털끝 하나 건드리지 못하면서 애먼 동네 학원의 진도표를 때려잡겠다고 몽둥이를 휘두르고 있다.
교실의 기강을 무너뜨린 민노총식 이념 교육과 무책임한 방치가 사라지지 않는 한 공교육의 정상화는 영원히 요원한 환상에 불과하거늘, 저들이 내놓은 처방전이라는 것이 고작 배움을 앞질러 가려는 아이들의 발목을 분지르는 일이라니 기가 찰 노릇이다. 도대체 지적 호기심을 품고 남보다 한 걸음 먼저 공부하겠다는 인간의 자연스러운 성취욕이 국가 권력이 법으로 금지하고 처벌해야 할 중범죄란 말인가. 공교육을 정상화할 실력과 용기는 없으니, 사교육을 강제로 바보로 만들어 공교육의 추락한 눈높이에 억지로 맞춰놓겠다는 그 발상은 실로 게으르고도 폭력적인 하향 평준화의 극치다.
달리기를 잘하는 아이의 다리에 족쇄를 채워 모두를 똑같이 엉금엉금 기어가게 만드는 것을 평등이라 부르는 자들의 머릿속은 언제나 한결같다. 이 법안이 몰고 올 미래 또한 너무나 투명하게 보인다. 동네 보습학원에 다니며 다음 학기 수학 한 단원을 미리 익혀 불안을 덜어내려던 평범한 서민의 자녀들은 상급 과정의 문턱에서 강제로 주저앉혀질 것이다. 반면 억대 연봉을 누리는 신 양반 계급과 좌파 특권층의 자녀들은 은밀한 음성적 고액 과외를 통해, 혹은 화려한 조기 유학을 통해 유유히 그들만의 성벽을 더 높이 쌓아 올릴 것이다. 결국 서민의 계층 이동 사다리는 박살이 나고, 음성화된 사교육 시장의 가격표는 천정부지로 치솟아 가진 자들만의 독점물이 될 것이 뻔하다.
자신들의 자녀는 온갖 스펙을 위조하고 유학을 보내며 자본주의의 단물을 알뜰하게 챙겨 먹던 자들이, 남의 집 귀한 자식들을 향해서는 선행학습은 독이라며 배움의 문을 닫아걸고 있다. 저들이 두려워하는 것은 사교육비 부담이 아니라, 행여 서민의 자녀들이 똑똑해져 자신들의 위선과 무능을 꿰뚫어 보는 바로 그 순간이 아닌가싶다.

President Yoon Suk-yeol explains why he declared Emergency Martial Law in 2024.
He saw that the country was in danger (from subversion by China, North Korea, & their supporters--supporting socialism run by communists).
Despite the North Korean spy cases, Chinese spy cases, & various other threats to the RepublicofKorea (ROK), most went about their business, not realizing the full threat. The media wasn't helpful.
Meanwhile, the legislature acted like a dictator. Among others, it paralleled the Executive branch by arbitrarily de-funding it.
He felt he had to do something to warn people. He looked at the tool he had as the president. He tried conversations with the public. He tried other methods. But still, no avail. He needed somethuthat would get the attention of the people. The only "emergency " declaration he could declare was the Emergency Martial Law (there's also the Wartime Martial Law.) He didn't want yo use the military, but that's what he had.
So Emergency Martial Law was declared.

And it did wake people up. This is a great feat, because it's hard to do.
It did come at a cost. He & his wife are imprisoned. Also, many other patriots in the military & government & the society are imprisoned.
But people, especially the youths, have awakened. And they are stepping forward to fight for freedom; rule of law: fair, free, & credible elections; separation of power & checks and balances; protection of private property.

CHO Eun-seok wants a death sentence for President Yoon Suk-yeol in the appeals case.
But the ROK (Republic of Korea) constitution gives the president the authority to declare martial law. So it was legal.
And he wants to say the Emergency Martial Law was an "insurrection" (내란), but the DPK (Democratic Party of Korea) dropped it from the charge, because they knew it cannot be proven (because martial law was lawful).
This is a political persecution, and Cho Eun-seok (who raided the Osan Air Base) is displaying loyalty to the DPK & destroying rule of law.

⚖️ Special Counsel Again Seeks Death for Yoon
The special counsel has asked the Seoul High Court to sentence former President Yoon Suk Yeol to death, repeating its request from the first trial over the Dec. 3, 2024 martial-law declaration.
In February, the Seoul Central District Court gave Yoon life imprisonment for leading an insurrection.
