Replying to @Omiragua_Teejay
I did both and nothing feels better than having your own house both financially and economically. Come back here when you have gained experience.
Ask yourself what happened during COVID-19 or when one loses a job abruptly!

Why a lengthy tweet!?
itβs very simple. They canβt afford if each build its own.
I know someone is probably thinking, why are AC Milan and Inter Milan always mentioned together when it comes to their stadium? Why do they share a stadium despite being fierce rivals, and how do they even fix their fixtures? Let me explain.
First, AC Milan and Inter Milan are two completely different clubs. They are bitter rivals from the same city, Milan, in Italy. They compete against each other in the famous Derby della Madonnina, one of the biggest rivalries in European football.
Now, hereβs the story.
San Siro was originally built for AC Milan in 1926. Inter Milan played their home games at a different stadium before eventually moving to San Siro in 1947. Inter Milan moved because their old stadium was small. Since then, both clubs have shared the same stadium for their home matches for almost 80 years.
But how can two rival clubs share the same stadium?
The simple explanation is that San Siro became a shared home for both clubs. Instead of each club operating a separate stadium, they use the same ground, although they remain completely separate football clubs with their own supporters, ownership structures, histories and identities.
Think of it this way, the stadium belongs to the city of Milanβs football culture, but on matchdays, it becomes either AC Milanβs home or Inter Milanβs home, depending on who is playing.
So, how do they manage their fixtures?
Itβs actually quite straightforward. The two clubs coordinate their home fixtures so that they donβt have to play at San Siro on the same day. If AC Milan have a home game on Saturday, for example, Inter can have theirs on Sunday or another day. The leagueβs fixture scheduling takes this into account.
When they play against each other, one club is the home team while the other is the away team. Both sets of supporters enter the same stadium, but the fixture determines the official home team for that particular match.
And yes, despite sharing a stadium, the rivalry is very real.
Now, why are they building a new stadium?
San Siro is an iconic football stadium, but it is ageing, and its facilities no longer meet all the modern requirements the clubs want. Both clubs also want to increase their commercial revenue, improve the matchday experience and compete financially with Europeβs big boys.
Rather than build two separate stadiums, they have chosen to continue their arrangement by developing a new shared stadium.
The new Generali Stadium is expected to have a capacity of approximately 71,500 seats.
The naming rights agreement with Generali is another part of the commercial plan to generate revenue from the new stadium.
Football is beautiful right.

Thank you my dear brother President @CyrilRamaphosa for your warm congratulations and offer of support. We look forward to working with you and all who share this vision as we make this a truly African Grand Prix in every way possible, and take motorsport to new heights on our continent.
Since the HE congratulated our country
On behalf of the government and people of South Africa, I offer warm congratulations to His Excellency President @PaulKagame and the government and people of Rwanda on securing a 10-year agreement to host the Formula 1 African Grand Prix.
South Africa shares in the pride with which Rwanda is preparing to fly the chequered flag for our continent with the hosting of a globally prestigious event at the planned Bugesera circuit from the early 2030s.
This contract is a recognition of the capabilities of the Rwandan nation and of our continent more broadly.
As host of the first Grand Prix on African soil in 1993, and organiser of other major global events, South Africa will be happy to provide any support we may be invited to share.
The F1 African Grand Prix is another lustrous addition to Rwandaβs growing collection of top international events, including the UCI-classified Tour du Rwanda cycling race.
Congratulations, Rwanda.
You are in pole position to make all of Africa proud and take motorsport to new heights.
You are talking shit.
So, we open arms for thieves and thugs !
For everyone excited about going to Rwanda for Formula 1, pay attention and abide by the rules of the country. There is serious surveillance in Rwanda. The biker who is riding you to your hotel, has an Android phone to call the Rwandan Bureau of Investigation if they think you are suspicious.
Room service of hotels will go through your things while you are away, to be sure of what you are doing.
Rwandans are very innocent looking but donβt look that deceive you. They know what they are doing.

Is this Dafroza from Duhozanye!?
Save, Gisagara District?
Rwanda has lost a courageous survivor and tireless advocate for justice, Dafroza Mukarumongi-Gauthier.
After losing nearly 80 members of her family during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, she dedicated her life to seeking justice for victims and ensuring that the truth and memory of the Genocide would never be forgotten.
Together with her husband, Alain Gauthier, she co-founded the Collectif des Parties Civiles pour le Rwanda (CPCR), helping pursue genocide suspects living in Europe and bring cases before courts.
In 2017, President Paul Kagame awarded her the Igihango Medal of Honour in recognition of her outstanding contribution to Rwanda.
Her legacy of courage, justice and remembrance will endure.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
