I think what makes these fake Apple Pay scam/prank situations so emotionally volatile is that they combine several nightmare scenarios for the victim into one attack. For starters, you're getting robbed in public. This is embarrassing, especially for a man. Second, you're on camera unexpectedly for a large audience. This should be illegal. It's not, but it should be. Third, you're being played for a fool because you don't really know how the technology of Apple Pay / contactless payments works, and someone is exploiting you over it. So we end up with a scenario where some random guy--in this case, a middle-aged man stocking the frozen pizzas--is getting robbed, humiliated, and made to look foolish by what is likely a teenage mulatto who's exploiting a type of "I'm not touching you" loophole in the social contract, where the pizza guy would go to jail for a long time if he punched the scammer because ultimately the prankster (a) hasn't stolen anything, and (b) hasn't laid a finger on the victim. It creates a real 'naked in front of the whole class' simulation where over 7 billion people will have permanent access to an episode of "This is what the pizza guy would look like if someone were robbing him using a technology he's too old to understand. See, look how mad he is over the IDEA of losing $10! Look how stupid he is! They didn't even take any money!" This is a worst-case scenario for the victim. Most people are not designed for this. Complete public humiliation, absolute demoralization, no rightful recourse in the eyes of the law, no way to take back what has been stolen from you because no money was actually taken; only your dignity and sense of self-worth. This is what happens to actual Americans in 2026 who still try to live by following the rules, working hard, and sticking to the script. They get publicly humiliated by 90 IQ mystery meat ethnics exploiting them for content to earn shitcoins with which to gamble on prediction websites.

Yup. The reason metal lost support from radio, MTV, and the mainstream was that its musicians couldn’t be controlled. They crafted albums, not just hits, and their music took more effort to record and produce properly. It was much easier for the music industry to manufacture artists who were easier to control, with a simpler recording process, and shove them down people’s throats for greater profits. And they still do it to this day. But metal will ALWAYS stand because of the passion, the craftsmanship of its artists, and the dedication of its fans. Not because of “hits.” 🤘
Metal was never about “hits.”

Mission work in the 21st century is a bad scene. Almost no one doing it has their own life & community under control. It’s escapism. I was at a church where they spent an entire service allowing this couple make a presentation about their 6 months doing mission work in some town in sub Saharan Africa. The typical little African town scenes and tropes - just so ridiculous. Meanwhile, their daughter is at home is in rehab for alcoholism and is suicidal. The story was gross.
The main concern for a local Church should be doing outreach directly in its community, not spending $30k to send 20 members to some other continent

Parenting in the 21st century means surrendering your entire self & personhood so that you can constantly monitor the "well-being" of your children. It's completely insane & suffocating. Your kids will survive an hour of cartoons so that you can enjoy an uninterrupted thought.
my parenting experience would be much more enjoyable if a didn't care for my children's wellbeing either, and let them watch cartoons and eat junk food.

The average leftoid is walking around in a constant state of low-grade psychosis from having to pass their every observation and thought through an ideological filter to make sure they're not doing a racism/sexism/etc. Naturally their initial reaction to nonconforming positions is shock and fear.

I think it's important for young people who are a little aspie to understand that you can't always take people at their word. Others will often say things about their preferences that they believe to be true, but their actions reveal a different truth. Pay attention.

This does not necessarily make anyone a bad person, by the way. Most people who do this have convinced themselves of something because they think it sounds nice, and they don't have the self-awareness to examine it more deeply.

When you catch it, it's easy to think people are malicious and lying to you. They're usually not. They usually believe the things they say. Being able to tell the difference between a real liar and an innocent normie who believes anything that sounds nice is a necessary skill.

I work with a few of those boomers who get all their opinions from the TV. They never shut up about Trump. Everyone else there voted for him, so they know they're antagonizing us. They still never stop. I might actually file a complaint about it.
During the first Trump administration I had to attend a corporate training seminar. 3 days of classes to get certified in whatever. Sat down at a table filled with people who work in different parts of the company. More or less perfect strangers. At lunch time one of the middle aged ladies sat next to me. We started talking and she immediately brought up how she was so proud of her daughter for protesting the “concentration camps” on our border. And how she’s worried about women’s right to abortion. I’ve never once had a conservative strike up a similar conversation in a professional setting like that.

The worst part of this, the part that pisses me off the most, is that we have a 15 year span of gaming thats just lost. Imagine the awesome games they could have made if gaming studios werent taken over by retarded homosexuals. It would just be incredible.
"These games aren't for you anymore, if you don't like it don't buy it" "Ok" *Several long standing studios collapse*

You saved them from needless suffering but only by inflicting it onto others. That's what is always ignored. Sure, you saved a Somali from suffering but transferred it to a suburban Montanan mom. In what way is that just or good? Why should the people of France suffer so that the suffering of Syrians can be lessened? The people of Britain must suffer so the people of Bangladesh can suffer less? Underneath the noble rhetoric about lessening suffering is a wicked truth: their goal is, far more often, a desire to impose the suffering onto who they really hate. They don't love the Somalian so much as they hate the suburban Montanan mom.
The net-benefit that our nation receives from Somali immigration is the knowledge that 200,000 people have been saved from famine and needless suffering. If you cannot understand why this is important, you’re missing an important source of meaning in life and deserve some pity

I've long suspected a large part of public school is instilling fear, anxiety, and a stunted maturity in as many kids as possible.
It is remarkable to read about the Virginia gentry and how young they were given real responsibility. Washington was surveying the frontier as a teenager and commanded a regiment in his early twenties after starting a world war in his twenties (talk about a bad first month on the job) The granting of such wide authority to such young men was not unusual among men of his class The habit of command was something you were raised into, and so by the time they reached the age of majority, they were generally competent, able, and the sort of energetic young men who could be trusted with authority Much to think about there, I suppose, particularly in the context of how long "we" now keep young men in a sort of extended childhood and both refuse to entrust them with real authority/sovereignty while also refusing to develop in them the sorts of habits and competencies that would make them more capable of wielding it well

The Emperor’s New Clothes is such a funny parable because we now have tons of women who actually do wear as little clothing as possible in public, and nobody is allowed to point out how weird that is without people freaking out and saying you’re the weird one for noticing.

This post blew up. Moral of the story, stated preferences are very different from revealed preferences. Women should not take men literally when they say they like low-maintenance, natural women, just like men shouldn't take women literally when they say they like a "nice guy."
I denied for many years that men noticed or cared if women wore makeup, styled their hair, dressed girly, had a multi-step skincare routine, etc. I also had absolutely no luck finding decent men to date until I started doing most of those things.

Let me give you a very common scenario. Church is mostly empty with geezers. Church is raising $20k for some trip to Africa in a country 92% Christian. Church never once tries to do outreach to their neighbors.
Look at the empty pews where the young families used to sit. The older members wanted quiet services, clean carpets, and zero disruption to their routine. Now the budget is dry, the steeple roof is leaking, and the average age in the room is seventy-one. A church that treats crying babies as a distraction is a hospice waiting for the coroner. Children are the transmission line of Psalm 78. They are the living voices that will confess Christ when your bones are dust. Welcome the noise. Fund the nursery. Encourage marriage and having children. Most importantly, build up and train the men and fathers who will disciple and lead them.

Women spend on themselves, but much of that goes towards giving men the experience of having the kind of woman they want. I’ve been saving lately and the less I spend on “shallow things” like hair and skincare, the more I’m confronted by how much they do, in fact, matter to men.

One thing people who aren’t into metal fail to realize is that metal fans do not care about popularity. My friend used to make fun of the bands I like for having lower monthly listeners and I’m like okay? That means it’s only $20 to see them front row
Has any metal music had a hit in 20 years

Sincerity is rare. Most people aren’t capable of it. They don’t have beliefs, they just take the status-weighted temperature of the room. So if you’re someone who is sincere, finding other sincere people can be intoxicating. But sincere ≠ safe or good. A sincere zealot can cause immense damage, without ever giving you any of the insincerity signals you’ve trained yourself to detect.

If you’re armored up against psychopaths it can be easy to leave yourself open to being manipulated by zealots It makes sense to spend cogsec points on psychopath-proofing bc there are more of them than there are zealots, but in certain environments the zealots are the problem

Insane thing to admit, but another reminder that Daily Wire and the rest of the Ziocon movement are the reason we now have to put up with Candace Owens. These people were so desperate for a based minority that they elevated an obnoxious, low-IQ, fame-hungry narcissist whose career up to that point was attempting to launch a doxxing website and trying to shake down her college with accusations of racism.
For the record, I never authored even one opinion piece for the Daily Wire. You guys ghostwrote all of them and then slapped my name on it as the author for clicks. Good luck finding the intern (or AI system?) you’re upset with. @CommunityNotes

Winning elections is more important than appealing to some twerp’s ego. Why the fuck would ANY politician want to associate themselves with Nick and the groypers? So they can be like James Fishback, or Casey Putsch? Lol
Replying to @unirespecter
Bo French specifically blocked all the groyper accounts and said he didn't want their support. Now Nick isn't supporting him, like he asked, and you faggots are butthurt about it. You're seriously retarded.
