I thought we will never have this type of low thinking program after Buhari's conditional cash transfer.
This type of mumu program don't usually make any difference.
I made a claim that LAX is an unsuccessful singer and unintelligent GenZ has been calling for my head.
We have become so used to jargons that we now use the random number of listeners on Spotify to determine the level of musician success.
Many of the so called listeners are unintentional listeners
In 1990, People were generous.
Friends and families always had each other's backs until GenZ introduced "Nobody owns you anything"
We will all have nowhere to run by the time we start seeing the effects of hostile society we are creating.
This mumu is smiling for the camera when football has lost a fellow player today.

Pepe would have been guilty of killing Messi under Mourinho's instructions but mercy said NO.
Pepe in particular and Ramos always tackle Messi with clear intentions of taking him out completely.
Unfortunately they had corrupt referees who always allowed much of their demonic attacks on Messi to go scot free.
Unfortunately it happened at stoppage time when the match could have ended..
Manchester United will not be relegated to Championship League in Jesus name.
At this point, only can uphold & keep Man U in the Premier League.

The violent protest due to massive frustration from this ugly trend will be more devastating than endsars..
Why I Think Abuja Rent Prices Are a Bigger Scandal Than Any Government Corruption
Let me say something that will make some people angry. Corruption makes the headlines, but rent is what is actually breaking people in this city. I have sat across from enough tenants to say it plainly.
Last month, a young teacher came to my office. She earns ₦150,000 monthly, which is a decent salary for a teacher. She wanted a simple one-bedroom apartment. The cheapest decent one I could show her was ₦900,000 a year. Add the agency fee, legal fee, and caution deposit, and she needed almost ₦1.2 million before she could even get the keys.
I did the math in front of her. Her entire year of salary is ₦1.8 million. Rent alone would swallow half of it. Then there is food, transport, electricity, and fuel for the generator. She stared at the numbers and said quietly, "So how do people live?"
I had no good answer. The truth is that many people don't live. They survive. They squeeze four people into a one-bedroom flat. They move to Kuje or Gwagwalada and spend three hours a day in traffic. They skip meals so they can pay rent on time.
Here is why I call it a bigger scandal. A corrupt official steals from the government, and the damage is spread across millions of people. You rarely feel it directly. High rent hits you personally, every single year. It decides where your children go to school. It decides whether you can save anything. It decides whether you can ever own a home.
The worst part is the yearly payment. In Abuja, most landlords demand a full year upfront. Think about that. A worker who earns monthly is asked to find twelve months of rent in one lump sum. Where is an ordinary person supposed to get that? Many borrow from cooperatives, loan apps, or family, and then spend the next year paying back the debt. They are always one step behind.
I have also watched landlords raise rent by 30 or 40 percent with only a few weeks' notice, with no improvement to the property. Same house, same leaking roof, higher price. And tenants accept it because they have nowhere else to go.
Now, to be fair, not every landlord is wicked. Building costs have risen sharply, and many landlords are also under pressure. But fairness cuts both ways. When rent grows faster than salaries year after year, something is broken, and ordinary people are paying for it.
And yes, I am part of this system. Agents like me earn from these rising prices. I won't pretend otherwise. But I have seen enough hurt faces in my office to say that this cannot continue quietly.
So what can be done? Monthly or quarterly rent options should be normal, not a special favor.
There should be real rules on how much and how fast rent can rise. Government should build affordable housing outside the city center, with proper roads and transport, so people are not forced to cluster in the same few districts. And tenants should know their rights, because many don't.
We spend so much energy arguing about politicians. Meanwhile, every year, millions of Nigerians hand over most of what they earn just to have a roof, and we call it normal.
It is not normal. It is a scandal we have simply gotten used to.
