Two yrs ago I went to the ER barely able to walk. Spent the past two yrs searching for answers, terrified I’d never find my way back to “me”. Well, I just spent the past week hiking giant mountains and long trails in high heat w/ my 19 y/o daughter.✨ #Progress #ZionNationalPark
