This practice was just made illegal in DC. But @JennerBlockLLP and other powerful interests are doing their best to hide it from public scrutiny.
A clinic at the University of Denver, @AALDP_DU, just exposed efforts by Jenner, one of the most prominent "progressive" firms in the nation, to harass grassroots activists protesting the abuse of animals at foie gras farms, where ducks are "force fed" to cause their livers to grow ~10x their normal size.
Jenner brought litigation that seeks, not just to stop protests, but to find out who runs the SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS of not just the activists but THEIR LAWYERS. In other words, they're not just interested in protests, whatever you think of them. They want to silence speech.
If you're wondering how grotesque abuse continues despite widespread public opposition, here is your answer. The wealthiest and most powerful interests are relentless at harassing anyone who dares to criticize a monied interest.
This game plan isn't working anymore, though. Every time some corporate interest goes after a whistleblower, it just blows up the issue 100x. The public just strongly spoke in two cities, DC and Denver, that brutal force feeding must end.
Jenner can try to crush the opposition. It will fail. Because the people have seen the truth. And the people want this sickening cruelty to stop.

It’s the peak of the dry season in Kenya, and while we wait for rains, our field teams are working in overdrive with a relentless stream of rescues and emergency operations.
But there’s plenty to celebrate, too! Earlier this week, our pilot spotted these black rhinos during an aerial patrol. Poaching cut black rhino numbers by around 98% across Africa, but they’re making a slow but steady comeback in Kenya.

🔥If your bonfire wasn't built today - then please MOVE IT NOW.‼️
It won't take nearly as long as you think, and then you can relax and enjoy it tonight.
I've seen the face of someone handing me a hedgehog smelling like a barbecue and screaming.
You never want to be that person.

📝STATEMENT: It’s clear that Google underestimated the rising parent backlash against AI and EdTech, and now it’s scrambling in the face of a PR nightmare. But this ‘clarification’ doesn’t appear to change the fact that students won’t be able to use Google Search without being subjected to Google’s AI. The company is clearly banking on Search’s popularity to lure schools into consenting to use Google’s AI.
Schools shouldn’t be fooled by this bait and switch. The good news is that it appears that Gemini, Gemini Notebook, and Search will now be off by default. Schools should leave them off, because Google’s AI tools aren’t safe for kids and undermine learning and critical thinking.
fairplayforkids.org/statemen…
We want to clarify what we announced today about our education services. Today’s announcements give schools more choice, not less. Here’s what we announced:
- Gemini, Gemini Notebook, and Search will be OFF 🔴 by default. This is based on K-12 schools asking for more control over student use of AI services.
- Schools are in control: They can choose to turn ON 🟢 one, two, or all of these services individually.
- We are also updating Search for schools to make it better for learning. Specifically, AI Mode and AI Overviews will offer step-by-step guided learning through problems, so that students don’t get quick answers to schoolwork.
We know there’s concern about students using AI to shortcut schoolwork, and schools have told us they want control. That’s exactly why we are making these changes today to address the feedback we’ve heard from educators in recent months. And we’ll continue to engage deeply with educators to ensure we are giving schools more choice, more controls, and improved Search for learning.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Google's post claims schools can turn on Search independently from AI services like Gemini for more choice. Google executives stated Search and AI are deeply integrated, so schools enabling Search must accept AI features with no separate opt-out.

President Trump claimed that AI oligarchs could regulate themselves because they “love our country.”
Now, Google is threatening schools: if you stop your students from using AI, we will cut off your access to Google Search.
That’s not love. That’s extortion.
PAUSE AI NOW.

Replying to @StateDept
The U.S. State Department is making a complete fool of itself in front of the entire world.
Seriously? Is this the official account of the U.S. State Department or Donald Trump’s personal fantasy club?
Greenland was NEVER given to the United States. You don’t own Greenland, and you never will.
Imagine being the diplomatic voice of the United States and not even understanding the difference between military cooperation and ownership.
Aren’t you embarrassed to be spreading this nonsense from an official U.S. government account?

So many otherwise trusted sites are posting deadly misinformation about bonfires, and hedgehogs who may be nesting under them.
PLEASE BE CLEAR:
❌Poking a broom or stick under the bonfire will do nothing - even if you actually hit the hiding hedgehog and hurt her, she will NOT run.
Hedgehogs DO NOT have the flight or fight reflex that humans and other animals have. Their response to threat and danger, and even pain, is to curl into a ball and stay put, and wait for the danger to pass.
❌A hiding hedgehog will NOT hiss, or make any sound at all! They are a prey animal, you are a predator - they will NOT alert a predator to their presence, they will stay silent.
❌Lighting the bonfire from one side will NOT WORK. Their response to danger is to STAY PUT AND CURL INTO A PROTECTIVE BALL. They won't come running out. As the heat comes closer and the smoke fills her lungs, a hiding hedgehog will just curl tighter.
Whoever wrote these 'tips' does not understand the nature of a hedgehog.
THEY DO NOT RUN FROM DANGER.
Broadcasting this total nonsense is spreading a false sense of security and is potentially extremely harmful.
The only safe bonfire is one that is built or moved ON THE DAY IT IS LIT.
Moving a bonfire takes less time than you'd think.
There are lots of late-born baby hedgehogs around right now, who would see a bonfire as a safe place to nest.
Regrets won't turn back the clock.
The 'If only' will haunt you for a lifetime.
If you have to have a bonfire, please make sure you do it right.

The State of Wisconsin dismissed theft and attempted theft charges against me. The prosecution is effectively admitting that these dogs were so abused that they lacked any commercial value.
The question then becomes: WHY DIDN'T YOU INVESTIGATE THE ABUSER?

The UCP drew a map. They couldn't get it past an independent boundaries commission, who recommended a different one after public input.
The UCP tore up that map and is imposing their own, without public consultation.
They want you to believe this is normal. It's not.

Donald, you did NOT get Greenland. Stop misleading the American people.
Let me remind you of the agreement YOU signed on September 22, 2026.
The Preamble explicitly states:
“Reaffirming the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Denmark, and recognizing that the People of Greenland constitute a people pursuant to international law with the right to self-determination.”
Article XI also explicitly acknowledges Greenland’s right to exercise self-determination and become independent.
You signed it, Donald. Did you even read it?
The United States has defence rights under the agreement, NOT ownership of Greenland.
Greenland belongs to the Greenlandic people. Not to you. Period. 🇬🇱
