Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey commuted the sentence of Toforest Johnson from death to life in prison without the possibility of parole amid questions over evidence in his case, according to The Innocence Project, which has been advocating for clemency in this case for years. No execution date had been set for Johnson.

Enterprise gave away a customer’s reserved car and left him stranded. He called ahead, booked online, traveled from Danville VA, and already had a non-refundable beach hotel. Staff told him there was nothing they could do and one of them was laughing while he stood there.
He recorded the whole thing and demanded they get him a ride home.
Is this a clear case of a company screwing a customer, or did he turn a normal rental inventory problem into a viral confrontation? @Enterprise
