The hardest part of working in harm reduction isn't the patients, it's the resources, says researcher Emilio Flores:

the WH has “urged” Israel to “protect civilians in Gaza” Oct 11, Oct 16, Oct 29, Nov 3, Nov 10, Nov 29, Dec 6, Dec 12, Dec 14, & Dec 17 and yet the pace of killing has not decreased at all. One wonders: Is the purpose of these “urging” to mitigate harm or cover their ass PR-wise?

The medical staff of Al-Shifa Hospital delayed one of the most powerful armies in the world without weapons. And they sealed the tunnels with unbreakable cement while taking care of hundreds of patients. They are truly remarkable.
We denounce the death warrant of civilians trapped in Al-Shifa hospital signed by the Israeli military. #Gaza

Not all efforts for SCS in the U.S have to, or will be able to follow the Onpoint model.
