my bulking diet from the past 24 days.
i'm vegetarian, but i eat eggs too.
breakfast
4 whole eggs
70–80g steel-cut oats
1 glass of milk + 2 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana
dry fruits (many)
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds/chia seeds
lunch
350–400g cooked rice
vegetable curry
1 cup curd
dinner -6 pm
4 whole eggs
50g dry soy chunks
3–4 rotis or 1.5–2 cups cooked rice
vegetable curry
1 glass of milk + 2 tbsp peanut butter
daily extras
1 additional fruit
plenty of water
iodized salt
variety of vegetables
estimated daily intake:
3,100–3,500 calories
135–165g protein
some days i ate fewer carbs.
btw i'm not a nutritionist. this is just what i've been eating, so don't blindly follow my diet..

Started thinking about Redis, event streaming, idempotency, concurrency, consistency, and failure recovery.
Now I'm going to build a small, reusable engagement service in Node.js, exploring how these pieces fit together and what it takes to make the system reliable at scale.
I'll share the design decisions, trade-offs, experiments, and lessons as I go.
Let's see where this takes me.
