Only thing unrealistic to me in Halloween 3 is that all kids got those expensive masks. If you were in the 70s and early 80s you know you had a plastic mask with draw string and plastic costume bought at grocery store

Halloween 3 is a damn fine movie to watch today. Those masks killed a vast majority of kids but that didn't scare me. I was poor then, I would have had a bullshit plastic mask with the string that goes around your head, stapled on both sides. If string broke you were ass out and had to hold it to your face with your left hand. I am sure I just described many childhoods and not just mine. We are all brethren 😊

If you believed the government telling you to prepare for 90 days I will raise you a Covid jab and 2 boosters. The country will be ravaged by zombies and they will say it is a far right conspiracy until they go off the air

Remember in The Thing, Windows hadn't been able to reach Mcmurdo station for 2 weeks. What if the the thing had escaped the Norwegian camp and had already started infecting the world. It is a thought

If you bought a Silver Shamrock mask nowadays, would you check it for a computer chip? Or are you so used to computer age that you would overlook it?

One more day to Halloween, Silver Shamrock

Funny, every Halloween I post Bobby Pickett singing Monster Mash. Nobody said anything, now a bunch of nimrods are posting it saying its disturbing. A man making faces while singing is disturbing...yeah...these people vote

James Earl Jones had such an iconic voice. I would argue Christopher Lee is just as iconic. Willy Wonka, No son of mine will be a choclatier....Candy is a waste of time. Star Wars...Master Windu, you have fought gallantly. Admit it, you said those lines in Christopher Lee's voice

I started a day job back in early April. I am on my feet the whole day with no breaks, at first legs would be swollen at sock line. I was thinking maybe I need compression socks, after a month or so, all that went away. Last night I ate several items from Taco Bell for first time in over a year, today after work, legs swollen bad at sock line. It's the sodium, not salt, the bullshit chemical they call sodium that they use

Forgive me for not remembering names, I am old and give out. Heartbreak Ridge had a lot to do with my unit at 2nd 325th AIR 82nd. My unit had two KIA in Grenada, a squad leader was killed by a sniper and the CO was killed while loading a recoiless rifle. We had memorials all around Battalion area but for life of me can't remember names

After I did 12 miler for mine, I still had call for fire left. They told me to say so and so and I did and I passed. That earned me EIB, following year I was instructor on that exact course. I learned it in and out because of help I received. I was absolutely never a "badge protector" I always helped people and returned favor unless they were typical short timers that didn't care..which that did piss me off

As an EIB grader I would always help and do everything I could, even with officers. However on Thursday, knowing the last event was 12 miler on Friday for completing it, I would screw with all officers on that day before, especially if blade running. Instead of saying you passed, I would look solemn and say, I am sorry to inform you, Sir, then smile and say, you are walking 12 miles tomorrow, Goodluck and congratulations

I would do that with everyone and shake their hands after I just looked like I had delivered the death blow

Doing EIB in 2000 at Ft Bragg, I was an instructor and grader on Estimate Range. I was used to Call and Adjust Indirect Fire which was a booger for most. If you rolled a donut on Estimate Range, God help you 😂 At Bragg rhe Estimate Range was on a cut out hill with power poles, we told you how far each pole was and the target was within 10 meters

If anyone was going through EIB training at Ft Hood on May 27, 1997 I was instructor and grader on call for and adjust fire. I point that day out because they shut us down at noon for severe weather and Jarrel, TX 30 miles to our south got hit with a devastating EF5. That thing killed so many and is in famous Dead Man Walking picture

Day started off clear and beautiful, by 1100 the sky was boiling. They actually shut us down and sent and restricted us to barracks. Only time in Army I was ever shut down for weather... Well there was another at NTC at Ft Irwin, it was -2 and 70mph wind and flying debris had killed 2 soldiers

After I got EIB in the Army, one of courses I was instructor and grader on was Call For and Adjust Indirect Fire. That one was tough for most
