Every Dem in CO should be endorsing 87. This is the best way to solve our budget issues and gut TABOR.
Thank you @SenatorBennet for doing the right thing and supporting Amendment 87. If this fails, it’s hard to imagine how we avoid devastating cuts to healthcare or education. Grateful to have you in this fight for a Colorado that works for working families.

THREE Senate ratings changes today at @CookPolitical:
#KSSen: Lean R to Toss Up
#NCSen: Lean D to Likely D
#NHSen: Toss Up to Lean D
We now estimate Democrats will pick up between two and six seats -- squarely within the range of four seats they need.

Using Netanyahu's math, 73,000 Palestinians killed by Israel in Gaza would equal the death of around 11 *million* Americans.

A Republican administration messing up the economy with bad foreign policy in the Middle East is actually a typical outcome. For some reason they can't stop themselves from doing this.

The damage Netanyahu has done to Israel is incalculable. There has been a 67% shift in America’s attitude toward Israel over the past 8 years. That’s not because the US has become 67% more antisemitic over the past decade. It’s because of his radicalism.

This a key point about the endless Hasan Piker discourse. These media figures spewing rage and demanding everyone denounce him are friends with -- and have amiable chats every day with -- the world's worst war criminals, people who started immoral wars with massive amounts of blood on their hands, who tortured, who kidnapped, who caused the 2008 financial collapse.
Whatever you think of Hasan Piker, he did none of that. He hasn't bombed anyone or obliterated families or caused generations of economic deprivation. His main crime -- aside from the main one: hostility toward Israel -- is that he streams for 12 hours a day everyday and they can find 2 or 3 things he's said that they repeat over and over (particularly the 9/11 comment, which he retracted and for which he repeatedly apologized).
Watching these media figures who are friends with Bush/Cheney monsters and Obama fiends who dropped drones on wedding parties and oligarchs who wiped out 2 generations of Americans' financial security act as if Hasan Piker is some unique evil is utterly farcial.

Since 1976, transgender women have been eligible to compete in the ladies' category at major tournaments such as Wimbledon, the United States Open, the Australian Open, and the French Open. Despite this, fifty years later, there has yet to be a transgender woman who has won a Grand Slam title.
In tennis, if a male athlete wishes to transition from the male to female category, the process typically requires the athlete to abstain from competition for several years.
The sport does not permit a male player to simply declare a gender change and immediately participate in female events at Wimbledon or other tournaments.
As both a researcher and a transgender athlete myself, I concur that no male athlete should be allowed to self-identify as female and compete in women’s categories without meeting established criteria.
For male athletes seeking to compete as females, the regulations specify strict hormonal requirements. They must undergo hormone therapy involving testosterone suppression and estrogen supplementation for a minimum of two years. During this period, they are required to maintain testosterone levels below 2.5 nmol/L and undergo additional physical assessments.
Such hormone treatment significantly impacts physical attributes related to athletic performance, including stamina, strength, recovery, and speed.
Research indicates that even in international sports such as cycling, transgender women lose their male advantage within one year of beginning hormone therapy. After three to four years of treatment, a male athlete would likely experience diminished physical capabilities, making it improbable to compete successfully or win at the Grand Slam level in women’s tennis.

Abdul El-Sayed is asked on MSNOW if he is worried that his anti-Zionist messaging "echoes an old antisemitic trope"
Abdul: "The idea that somehow we are going to use the spectre of antisemitism to defend what a foreign government is doing, does a deep disservice to the well-being of Jewish Americans in this country."
Jackie Alemany: "You haven't made that same tradeoff argument with regards to other items in the US's 800 billion dollar defense budget"
Abdul: "Oh I have, you just don't cover it. No, No, No. I have. You just don't cover it. I'll say the same thing about the money we send to Egypt, which is where my family comes from. So if you want to go ahead and call me anti-Egyptian, go ahead and do that"
