Another brilliant event is on the way this summer for #LisasGiftCharity. @LobSquash and @kirst_lobban are spearheading another epic day of bats, booze and banter!! 🐝
Tackling child poverty one donation at a time. Together, we can make a real difference to children’s lives!💛

I hate posting after defeats and especially in that manner, but on this occasion I will. I’ve worked with this boy since he was 12 and for him to put in a performance like that on a stage like that unexpectedly I am so proud. Maturity beyond his years⚫️⚪️ well done Tamo
Currently at the point in the book where @DavidSmithMBE and @chrishoy are messaging. How these two heroes approach such unfair adversity is simply inspiring. Imagine the world we would live in if everyone had this outlook and unrelenting resilience. #AllThatMatters

National Downhill Series ✅
Great wee day up in Glencoe for the National Downhill 2024 - Series 4.
- Scenery.
- Technique.
- Style.
- Bravery.
- Sportsmanship.
…and @saintmirrenfc putting Hibs to the sword. What a day of sport.
Not sure if my level of emotional investment in athletes and teams (having known about them for less than 5 minutes) is sustainable for the whole of this Olympics. Burning out. #Paris2024

10 years ago today, judoka Euan Burton led #TeamScotland into the Glasgow 2014 Opening Ceremony 🏴
Has won it all but just kept coming back and coming back, despite the myriad of major set backs. The true embodiment of resilience and determination in the face of something you love. Such an inspiration. 😭

Coaching doesn't just have to be about speed.
We travelled down to the Loading Bay in Glasgow, and spoke to coaches completing their Intro to Coaching course to hear their experience of coaching.

Captaining my team to a last place finish wasn’t the best, but north of £4k in the bank for the charity makes up for it! Incredible effort as always @LobSquash @kirst_lobban. 👉 instagram.com/p/C8pZJrCIuOM/…
