Why do @TicketmasterUK and others call it a "booking fee" ? If I'm paying in full upfront I'm not booking them I'm buying them and why is it per ticket instead of per transaction???

Absolutely mental @RollingStones can create a record of this quality at this point in their career. A deserved No1 album but if @BBCR1 @BBCRadio2 can play Madonna (as they should) there is no reason not to play them. Radio should be playing all ages and styles when it's good.
