In last night's exhibition against Baylor, @TexasWBB played its freshmen quintet of Addison Bjorn, Brihanna Crittendon, Isi Etute, Amalia Holguin and Lizzy Spaight together for four minutes and 22 seconds in the fourth quarter. The freshmen were a +1 during that stretch.
Said Vic Schaefer: "All those kids, all five of them, are competitive. Giving them more opportunities this time of year is only going to pay off down the line." #HookEm
I dare Hannah to return and Maddie doesn’t 😤😤😤😤😤😤
Hannah Hidalgo could return to Notre Dame for a fifth season. Will she?
“It's in the back of my mind a little bit."
Right now, she's focused on taking the Irish deep into March Madness: "I definitely set the tone every time I step on the floor."

A big Texas women's basketball development took place vs. Baylor on Thursday night at the Moody Center. It was a carryover from the Longhorns' previous exhibition and could be a positive precursor for the upcoming season. 🤘👀

Zya Vann’s father and sister played for OU, as did she for two seasons. She said her family supports her decision to transfer to Texas, even if it’s been strange.
It hasn’t been to her.
“It really didn’t feel weird at all. I know what this team does. I know what Vic does and what they want. This school was definitely it for me.”

Going to the Notre Dame-Miami football game but not sure what to do the night before? 🤔
Might I STRONGLY SUGGEST watching Hannah Hidalgo and the women’s basketball team in their home opener.
Friday, Nov. 6 @ 7pm
If you have the chance to see Hidalgo play in person, TAKE IT!!!
