🚨 Ador says mhj, her appointed vice president, members, parents, and members’ lawyers negotiated the contracts💀 🚨 Ador claims it provided evidence of MHJ’s role and requested that the NYT identify her as a party responsible for the contracts, but nyt did not🤔👀👀🫣 🚨 Ador says confidential contracts and lawsuit documents accessible only to the parties involved were leaked to overseas media and used to attack K-pop lol aka dazibelle 💀💀🤡 NYT Claims vs. Adors Response 🚨Protection of minors NYT: Reported that NewJeans’ contracts, signed when the members were between 14 and 17 years old, lacked minor protection clauses required under the government’s standard contract. 👀Ador: Stated that separate youth protection agreements cover the members’ rights to sleep, education, rest, and personal rights until adulthood. Their exclusive contracts also include fundamental human rights protections, and Ador has appointed a youth protection officer in accordance with the law. Ador added that it respects the educational wishes of artists and their parents and has supported artists pursuing university education. 🚨Contract negotiations NYT: Members and parents had limited input in contract negotiations. 👀Ador: Drafts were shared in January 2022, followed by three months of discussions, emails, and legal reviews before signing in April. 💀Ador said Danielle’s mother🤡asked to change a contract clause which required parents to inform the company of any tampering attempts….(so Danielle’s mom knew about the plan to steal ador from the start 👀👀👀🤔‼️)but Ador rejected her request and says she replied “Thank you for your thoughtful response. I would like to inform you that I have no objections to the answers you provided.” 🚨Trainee expenses NYT: Raised concerns about the financial burden placed on members. 👀Ador: HYBE’s legal team proposed ways to reduce those expenses, but Ador’s then-vice president rejected them, resulting in the current contract 🚨Contract penalties NYT: Penalty calculations could financially disadvantage the members. 👀Ador: Said the wording might be different from the standard contract, but the penalty amount would be the same. Since NewJeans started making money right after debut and still earns money from streaming, both methods would give the same result. Ador also used this calculation in its lawsuit against Danielle and said the Seoul High Court found nothing wrong with it. 🚨AI and image rights NYT: ADOR could use members’ faces and voices even after their contracts ended. 👀Ador: Any AI use requires individual consent, and the company has no intention of illegally using the artists’ intellectual property. 🚨Dating and defamation restrictions NYT: Contracts contained restrictions on romantic relationships and defamation. 👀Ador: Said these rules were meant to protect the artists. The defamation clause was meant to prevent criminal acts, while the dating restrictions only applied to relationships that could cause public controversy. ADOR also said the parents had agreed to these restrictions. m.entertain.naver.com/home/a…
