Good News! The #molecularcloning my #undergraduateresearcher has been working on this summer has worked and she has successfully put together the parts for a new biosensor! (Hopefully once the biosensor is in cells it works... 馃槅)

Spent time #troubleshooting an assay with my technician @kevin_slye and made significant progress figuring out what was going wrong! And it felt good to be in the #lab again using my hands. Gotta keep the #pipetting skills sharp!
