1 / 2 Hi Davina, at @CoopUK we have a menopause policy that we are continuously working on to support our @coopukcolleague. We have a great women’s network @coopaspire who put on monthly menopause coffee mornings as well as an internal yammer group ‘Hot and Sweaty’ for advice.
