We went to Marfa for 24 hours.
Was it worth it? Absolutely!
Will we be back? Most definitely.
Immense gratitude to the Bearded Travelers @tonyherrera and @aventurine_eth for the opportunity to share space and build community.
The vibes were immaculate. 🤌🏾

Israel and its militias shot and killed a child named Jouri tonight as she slept in her tent in Khan Younis.
Israel had already killed her father during the genocide.

Israel killed eight Palestinians in Gaza today, three of them inside the Islamic University in Gaza City.
The bombing has intensified in recent days. The Israeli army is blocking aid. Food is running low in the markets, and bread lines have returned.
Gaza's suffering is part of Netanyahu's election campaign.

If you could walk through the rooms of your own mind, what would you find?
Perhaps a voice you haven't heard in years. A moment you thought you'd forgotten. Someone who is no longer part of your life, yet somehow remains part of who you are.
Not every room would hold a clear memory. Some might contain nothing more than a feeling whose origin you've forgotten.
And perhaps the most unexpected discovery would be realizing how much of yourself still lives in those rooms.

2026 „ The lesson unlearned “
Learn more about the meaning behind it in post below. Dm to collect
For those who just want to relax today, there is nothing important below, just
wishing you GM and have a happy day ☀️🤍
For those who like longreads and reflections, welcome to a room in my inner world. As you have already seen the whole artwork, who do you think is the main character here? Or which line resonates with you the most?
Meanwhile, I’ll start with this.
Visually, there are immediately three lines that stand out, but there are actually a few more here than it may seem at first glance.
So, from left to right:
✦ The wolf in sheep’s clothing is a classic symbol of hypocrisy, hidden threat, and deceit. It describes a person who takes on the appearance of a friendly, harmless, or righteous creature in order to gain someone’s trust, cause harm, or achieve their goals regardless of the consequences.
In my version, the wolf is concealed by the body of a sheep covered in bruises and bloody streaks, with a cloudy eye, while green flies are already flying around it, which, due to their biological characteristics, are attracted to decaying flesh. So anyone who has eyes and looks carefully will already notice from the details that this is not who the wolf presents himself to be.
The lesson
• is
Unfortunately, we often choose not to look carefully at the details to spot the catch and stay away, even if they look like a “sheep”. Ignoring anomalies is fatal. A wolf in disguise still smells like a wolf and acts unnaturally.
The lesson if you are the wolf from this artwork
• is
By adopting someone else’s guise, you also accept how people treat you in that guise. The wolf wanted to reap the benefits of a sheep’s life, easy access to food, but ended up paying the price of devaluing his own status. The wolf is a free hunter, feared and respected for his strength. By lowering himself to the level of those he usually preys upon, he willingly accepted being treated like helpless livestock.
✦ The giver of pearls and two pigs who eat them.
The giver of pearls - a pure soul who shares the most valuable things they have, doing so generously, giving truth, beauty, knowledge, or sincere help, acting with the best intentions and wishing to enrich others.
The lesson
• is
yes “Don’t throw pearls before swine.” It’s not worth wasting valuable thoughts, feelings, words, or things on those who are unable to appreciate, understand, or accept them.
