I stopped worrying about how to "save" money and focused on how I could make money. been learning ever since

This may be controversial but sending cold emails with open tracking on is POINTLESS people complain about: - landing in spam - burned domains - "your infrastructure doesn't work" open tracking is a hidden pixel in every email, so you're basically mass-sending a link to thousands of people I turn it off on every campaign. I've seen it not work time and time again

pov: you're still "personalizing every email" and a guy with a mediocre cold email just closed your dream client

We scaled to 20,000 cold emails a day in less than 4 years. No one wants to hear this, but there's no magic number of inboxes. This is what my own sending looked like at each stage. Agency days: a VA and a headache. Expensive Google Workspace and Zoho bills. The first time I set it all up myself it took days and I gave up. 2023: 400 inboxes in 40 minutes. The old way was 200 domains, 30 minutes per inbox, 200 hours. On our own platform it took 40 minutes. Then: 10,000+ a day. 198 domains, 990 inboxes, all on my own campaigns. 2025: 20k a day. Almost 400 domains and 1,990 inboxes. Now: the whole platform. Tens of millions a month across Inframail. None of these stages replaced the last one. Warm-up never switched off, and every new inbox got its 2 weeks first. If you take one thing from this: I'd never decide anything before 10,000 sends. It's purely a volume game.

Honestly a fire cold email strategy 1. Email local businesses with no website: "I made you a free website because I noticed you didn't have one. If you like it, you could possibly buy it. If not, I'll kick rocks." 2. When they reply, have Lovable or Base44 build the site 3. Send it back within 5 to 10 minutes 4. Call them: "did you see the website I sent you?" 5. Charge $1,000 up front + $200/mo for hosting AI voice agents come after, as the upsell

After sending tens of millions of cold emails & serving 2,000+ B2B companies, I put together a video covering the 6-part AI reply prompt that books demos on my calendar. Here's what's inside: - the role: how it acts and sounds (professional, casual, slightly funny, very human) - the context: your product, pricing and what makes you different - the key details: your FAQ, so it answers what people always ask - the output format: 1-2 sentences per line, short enough to scan - the angle: every reply ends by inviting them to a demo - the constraints: never curse, never send links unless asked, and if someone asks "are you an AI?" it admits it with a light joke - my own full prompt, so you see how granular I go I tested it with "I like Brad Pitt" as a reply and it still steered back to the demo lol Comment "AGENT" and I'll DM you the video.

My top 10 cold email tools so far: 1. MillionVerifier. I verify the list right before a campaign goes out, never months before. 2. Listmint. For the catch-all emails the other verifiers can't check. 3. Reoon. A very cheap option that's still pretty good. 4. Mail Meteor. Paste the email in and it flags the shady, urgent or over-promising words. 5. Hemingway. Grades the reading level. I keep mine at 4th grade. 6. A spintax GPT. Paste your email in and it writes the variations for every line. 7. Plusvibe. The AI reply agent comes free with the plan, and it books demos on my calendar. 8. Instantly or Smartlead. The Lead ESP filter lets me pull Outlook leads out in a few clicks. 9. The Unibox. Every reply in one place, without forwarding all your domains to one address. 10. Ocean.io. Put in a customer's domain and it pulls lookalike companies, each with a lookalike score. None of them fix a bad offer. That part's still on you. Which one would you want to see an in depth breakdown of?

Free setup + paid software = 60-80% closed on the call. That's our own close rate, depending on the month. Other people charge thousands for setup, so giving ours away made the yes easy. I wrote out exactly how we built the offer: - Selling the result - One sentence - Saying what it doesn't include - Giving away the part they hate - Taking payment on the call Full breakdown in the article:

Inframail is bootstrapped and does 6 figures a month in revenue. A big part of the machine behind it is cold outbound. Our MRR hit about $38K in January 2024, against $1,454 in month 1. I broke down our whole growth strategy: - One niche - Cold DMs - Cold email - The 2-minute Loom - Paid ads, last - What broke at scale Full breakdown is in the article:

I'm Kidous, the CEO of Inframail, and we've crossed 7 figures in revenue. In one year, I booked 754 calls using cold outbound. The part that decides how many of them go anywhere is how fast you answer. An MIT study found leads called back in 5 minutes were 21 times more likely to qualify than leads called back in 30. Here's the setup I use so I never sit in my inbox waiting (save this): 1. Instantly marks the reply It tags interested leads by itself, so only those ping you. 2. Zapier catches it Trigger: lead marked as interested, in the campaign you pick. 3. Discord or Slack pings you A channel message that says "new cold email reply", with a link straight to the Unibox. 4. The bot gets a name Mine's called money lol 5. You reply from your phone The Instantly app works at the gym or in the grocery store. 6. AI writes the first draft Instantly drafts it, you fix it and hit send. 7. About a minute of delay Reply in seconds and people think it's fake. A minute still reads human. The whole thing is a 2-step Zap. A lead who waits 20 minutes starts asking if they even want it. Speed = money.

I don't think most B2B teams understand what's happening with LinkedIn intent at the moment Here's what one of my cold email campaigns does every day without me touching it The setup: Trigify, a Clay table, a waterfall of email finders, and Claude. The moment someone posts: - Trigify catches a LinkedIn post with my keywords: deliverability, blacklisted domains, cold email not working, my competitors' names - it only keeps founders, co-founders and partners - the post lands in a Clay table through a webhook - Clay enriches the profile and checks the title against my ICP - AI reads their website to see what they sell and who they sell to Before the email goes out: - AI reads the post and drops anyone just posting tips or praising cold email - a waterfall of finders gets the work email - leads get split by time zone: Europe, Asia, India - Claude writes 3 lines, about 75 words: their post, a case study, a lead magnet Then it sends. I don't touch it. Reply rates on these run 7% to 12.4%. It's a small number of leads, but they're red hot.

tier list of every cold email offer we've seen across customers like Seamless.ai and Air.ai... S tier - Free setup, they pay for the software. Took us from zero to 30K a month. - A one-time front-end offer. The retainer comes after a result. A tier - 12 to 20 appointments, paid up front. They know what they're buying. - Outcome, case study, soft ask. Under 150 words. B tier - An odd-number promise. 88 days beats 90. - A free short video. "May I send over a short video?" C tier - A retainer from a stranger. Nobody signs recurring off a cold email. - Selling the deliverable. Nobody cares about the website design. F tier - Weed, gambling, crypto. Flagged however good your setup is. - B2C. Unless you're very skilled at this. - "Book a call with me" in email 1. Choose your fighter
