I feel like the slow death of ownership is not discussed enough. We quietly accepted that our lives and careers are built on rented land. Everything is a subscription and the day you stop paying or they withdraw it, it's gone. That's why I'm radicalized on blockchain permanence.
Another monster top 8 for SF6 and what a way to win for Tokido! Great CEO weekend overall, thankful for all the coverage
What an ADJUSTMENT!
Bringing it BACK from the Losers side, @tokidoki77 gets his revenge and becomes our #CEO2026 Street Fighter 6 Champion!

If you want to understand what I mean by "war on human attention" look at young people. They check their phones a million times a day and are completely numb to news, politics, wars. Flat, tired, in ways sleep can't fix. That exhaustion is the product working exactly as designed.
Forgot to post about this earlier but it’s crazy to see the young talent at 15 years old winning a major tourney. That was a good top 8 today though and props to Craime for winning it all!

The loneliest thing about the era we live in is how well the machine knows us. Being understood by something that doesn't care is a new kind of solitude. Back in the days "alienation" meant feeling like a stranger among people, now it's like feeling like a stranger to yourself.

In my work, the concept of "love" is closer to what we call "rebellion." Caring for someone without wanting anything in return is arguably the only thing that escapes the optimize-and-monetize logic of every interaction. The resistance and refusal to vanish are the whole romance.
