It's #WorldWaterDay! Groundwater is invisible, but its impact is visible everywhere. Almost all of the liquid freshwater in the world is groundwater. Groundwater will become more and more critical. We need to work together to sustainably manage this precious resource!💧

It's both #WorldWaterDay and #AgDay22! In our world, that's no coincidence. Farmers are on the front lines of changing weather and water use. But it's up to all of us to protect water. #WaterIsAllWeHave #WeAreWaterMN instagram.com/p/CbattKaJC5z/…
Happy #WorldWaterDay! We work one-on-one with farmers, ranchers, and foresters to help them conserve water while at the same time improving the health of their lands, allowing each drop of water to go further. bit.ly/3JzkM45

Just a reminder before the winter transition season to keep your storm drains free of leaves and snow so they don't get clogged and freeze. Always use mechanical snow removal methods like shoveling to clear off drains-never use salt!❄️

Winter is approaching so give your yard a deep clean before the first snow. If you mix a yard full of neglected dog waste with a rainy spring season, beyond causing problems for clean up, heavy rain carries dog waste into water sources, polluting water that humans rely on.
Snow and ice are on the way. But do you really need to use salt this winter? Using sand, "chicken grit," kitty litter, and shoveling early and often, are water-friendly alternatives that could reduce or eliminate your need to use salt this winter.
