Sometime ago, I went to an agent to deposit 2,000 cedis. His brother was handling the transaction and was already at the final stage of entering the PIN when the agent came and told me he didn’t have enough funds to complete the deposit. I had to visit four different agents just to deposit 2,000 cedis, which was very frustrating. In my area most agents are not willing to process deposits of 1,000 cedis or more. Bank-to-MoMo bɛdi nkunnim daaa!
