Must win why? Team isn't good enough to win anything this season, so trying to win 7-8 games is pointless imo. Case in point: 3-4 more wins in 2023 and we'd have Bo Nix or J.J. McCarthy instead of Jayden. They badly need another top 10 pick to help retool this roster.
Not a tough predicament - you pay him. It's the NFL, players can get hurt on any play. Didn't stop the Ravens & Bengals from paying Lamar/Burrow.
We need to stop with the "can't afford to lose this game or that game" this season. This current roster/coaching staff isn't good enough to win anything that matters right now. They badly need a gamebreaker in 2027 which will be far more likely with a top 10 pick than 15-20.
A gamebreaking RB or WR.
Almost at the midpoint of the NFL season, which position do you believe is the #Commanders biggest draft need?
I have no issue with a coaching change being made but the fact that there's clearly someone in the organization who's high up enough to be a reliable source who's willing to leak this to the media is disturbing. Doesn't accomplish anything.
The Commanders will fire HC Dan Quinn if they do not start winning games soon, per @RapSheet
Heβs got the hottest seat out of any head coach in the league, it would appear.
Sorry to say but this would honestly be the best thing to come out of this season at this point. We're not winning anything this year and the roster is void of impact players/depth. We badly need an influx of quality talent.
16 misses on 22 day 1&2 picks since 2020.
So in other words Jayden is expected to carry the team on his back and overcome no gambreakers on offense (only QB in the league), a turnstile OL and a defense that gives up 28.7 pts/g. #RaiseHail
After going over every team's roster I noticed something - excluding the QB position, the Commanders are really the ONLY team in the entire league without a potential gamebreaker on offense.Β Yikes.Β #RaiseHail
Absolutely brutal.
