Tears in my eyes while filming this. So proud to be part of my community! 🧡🖤
Our Conger Pacers were so proud to cheer on our Pacer Boys Basketball team as they drove by the school! What an incredible opportunity for our community! 🏀 🧡🖤 🏀 @DCS_Pacers @DTownPacers
I played “rock, paper, scissors” yesterday afternoon with a group of students while we were waiting for their bus. What a fun way to connect with the kids! I’ll be sure to make it a priority because building relationships matter! @Conger_ES
Today, my second grade teacher came to visit me at my school that I am privileged to lead! I have countless memories of my favorite year in elementary school with Mrs. Celebrezze. This is the picture of a legacy in education!
We are so grateful to have Mrs. Glissman and Mrs. Kutzley support our students at @Conger_ES ! We appreciate you so much! 🧡🖤

ALT As a principal it’s extremely important for me to take care of the adults in my building. ALL staff need to work in an environment where they feel appreciated and valued, no matter the role. That also means feedback is essential. That’s retention!" ––Principal Harold McCray, Jr.
Our lunch stop for the day: the Delaware County Fairgrounds and Boardman Park! We learned about the history of the Brown Jug race and saw beautiful artwork at Boardman Park! #leadershipdelaware #delcotourday
