The difference here is Baek Yoonho sees Jinwoo and Beru to be so fast that they're just light trails and that's what Kanno depicted.
It's not just about fast paced action, the context matters. If Baek is perceiving them as light trails why should it be anything other than that?

To counter this sequence's style people always show cuts where fast paced action is depicted from viewers POV but not a character's who's perceiving them as light trails.
Funny thing is right after the light trail cuts Kanno switches to our POV where we get close range action.

I'm still surprised that people still uses Jinwoo and Beru Light trails to justify their hate.
Actually this light movement isn't a mistake or animators been lazy but it was actually to show us the visual perspective of the Hunter watching using Hunter Baek Yoonho.
