#WATCH | Delhi: On the Opposition’s November 1 rally, President of the Sadar Bazar Bari Market Association, Paramjeet Singh Pamma, says, "In light of this, we have requested Rahul Gandhi to reconsider the timing, as November 1st falls very close to Diwali—which is on November 8th. Traders have already suffered losses amounting to crores of rupees, and further losses are anticipated. We urge that this rally be postponed until after Diwali... Holding a rally near Ramlila Maidan—which is in close proximity to major commercial hubs like Chandni Chowk, Sadar Bazar, Daryaganj, Azad Market, and Khari Baoli—would severely impact business... I do not understand the necessity of holding a rally at this particular time... I would urge Rahul Gandhi not to proceed with this—please set aside your ego. You certainly have the right to raise issues in the future, but doing so at the cost of the traders—and by causing them losses—ultimately harms the nation itself."
