If you think the man gifted him that house so as to reach influential ppl to patronize him, you forgot there are more reasonable approach to reach these ppl? Abi na him poor fans wan buy apartments worth millions?

If anything at all, that visibility is reaching hid poor fans than those influential ppl that you said. There are lots of real estate moguls. How many of them uses gifting a mediocre an house worth 400M for PR?

Okay good. All these are still speculations tho. Let’s say the man out of his numerous gifters is into drugs(example). He gets his money, goes into real estate, gifted peller one of his 400M house to reduce the number of assets that’ll be in his name so as to avoid suspicion

Peller gets the house publicly, privately, they meet and decide the house should be put on lease, then they share the proceeds on agreed percentages, and if it’s liquid cash wired into his account as gift, they share based on percentage at the backstage
