I have officially turned bearish on S&P 500 and Nasdaq. I believe at least a 10-20% correction is loading.
Best case for bulls: Strong flush down like 2018, 2020
Worst case for bulls: Slow drawdown like 2022
If I am wrong, so be it. I am managing risk properly.
$SPX A potential 10%-20% correction could come if this pattern is confirmed. It has NOT confirmed it yet, but it is very close.
On the 2W chart, when the Blue line goes below the Orange line in MACD, it is typically followed by a 10%-20% (worst case 50%) correction in S&P 500.
Earnings were the ONLY thing holding up this market despite all the negative macro data.
Google missed yesterday, Amazon missed today. Meta diluted shareholders heavily last week.
The perfect storm is here.
AMAZON $AMZN IS DUMPING ON AN EARNINGS DOUBLE MISS, DOWN 10% 🩸🩸🩸
Q3 EPS: $1.89 vs $1.97 est ❌
Q3 Sales: $201.944B vs $202.308B est ❌

I am still bearish on Nasdaq & S&P 500 and do expect an overall 10%-20% correction in the near term. I do not know what the narrative would be, but you can already see the cracks (e.g., $GOOGL ER miss).
Once the correction is done, I would turn bullish.
Patience.
$LLY is one of the best stocks and feels like is one of the most underowned stocks in the market.
Eli Lilly CRUSHED the earnings today and is making new all-time highs.
I LOVE this company.
$LLY The perfect retest came, and I bought it. Now, let's go to new ATHs. Love buying strong stocks that are 25% cheaper and provide an excellent R/R.
Send it.
Today, my account reached a special milestone: 2000 followers 🙏🏼.
I started with 1000 followers at the start of this year.
The idea is to provide honest commentary on assets and have many people benefit from it.
Thanks again for joining this journey. The best is yet to come.
$GOOGL In Google's history, its worst corrections were:
• 2009: -67%
• 2022: -45%
• 2026: -30% (for now)
This isn’t 2009 imp. A correction to the 200W SMA would mean a 50% drop from ATH. If it hits that level, I am buying like a lunatic. I am hyperbullish long-term.
The next two days will decide how markets will function over the next few weeks/months.
The price action before this doesn't matter. Go enjoy your day till FOMC.
$BTC Terrible weekly and daily close. Bitcoin is getting weaker and weaker by the day. It has finally lost the daily support zone too.
Next stop should be 73/76K zone.
$BTC is getting weaker despite recovery.
Good: held local support, recovered most loses by daily close
Bad: lost 50D EMA, third consecutive daily close under 50DMA, created a long wick which has to be filled atleast 50%, under 82,814 HTF support, too many tests of daily support
$SPY Kay is a legendary stocks trader. He also spoke about a potential correction upon the break of midterm MA.
I have a different system than him and now I also expect a 10-20% correction from ATHs.
All the good traders are raising the cautionary flag at the right time.

$BTC weekly structure continuing to worsen for bulls. Next stop should be 200D SMA.
With my bias turning bearish on stocks for Q4 2026 and BTC being higher up the risk curve, I would be very cautious with Bitcoin.

$BTC Bulls MUST close the weekly candle today above $82,814 and at the minimum above 82,180.
Else, I would view this as a deviation above the range, similar to the deviation we saw in June 2026.

- 2026: Double bearish divergence and breakdown of an ascending wedge
- 2018: Double bearish divergence and breakdown of an ascending wedge
History doesn't repeat itself, but it often rhymes
$SPY I've been posting bearish thoughts heavily about $SPY for the last 2 weeks, but hear it from another amazing trader, who has been objective about markets.
I strongly agree with his take.
$SPY Can't unsee the fractal similarities between 2018 and 2026.
April bottom, June higher low, late Sep-Oct top, rising wedge... and does the bottom fall out again?
SPY eventually fell around 20% from peak to trough in 2018, but what I remember is how incredibly difficult that market was to trade.
Not saying history will repeat, but the similarities are so hard to ignore.
$NFLX I'm ridiculously bullish on $NFLX in a 3-4 year horizon. All my long-term buying indicators are firing. They gave a very poor Q4 guidance, but bulls aggressively stepped in right at the long-term trendline support.
Could it dive to $57? Sure. But I’m DCAing heavily.
$NFLX is one of the best looking charts out there. I do not expect a quick recovery after this correction. It may visit $57-$63, which is a huge buying zone for me. I am already buying and am not waiting for the area but will add a lot more there.
Do not sleep on Netflix.
$OIL Strong. No reason to be bearish on Oil although it will deal will resistance soon.
Inflation came in HOT, and this will not help. Turbulent times ahead from a policy perspective.
$OIL Gap filled ✅. It still looks very strong.
I hope it finds a way to go down but there is no sign of weakness in it unfortunately.
