One of my biggest gripes in football is the laws of the game have so many factors as to what is a legal throw, yet the differences that are enforced make next to no difference on the outcome. (Apart from maybe feet on the floor)
What a shite half this has been.

Key decision aside. We shouldnt have put ourselves in a position to have to score 3 unanswered and only be 1 ahead.
The penalty didnt kill us, it was the absolutely woeful performance in the first half.
That 2nd half performance has to be the minimum from the start each week.
