We have continue to shepherd this baby with the support of our partners Carrefour Supermarket. So today our team reached out to its management to present them with our token of appreciation. Let's continue to impact positively together. 🔛🔛

Don't be that Kampala man who only runs after "Babe, we need to talk."
There are better reasons to run, like helping equip the Disability Support Centre at @Makerere.
This time, run because it matters.

When the road feels longer and your legs grow heavy, remember that the ground beneath you isn't an obstacle. It is the foundation that keeps you moving. The distance you chose is already waiting for your finish.
Every turn exists to guide you forward. Trust your steady rhythm. Your heart and your feet know exactly what to do.
Breathe through the miles. There is no need to rush the journey. The path is already yours from start to finish. @CocaColaBevUg @casemedservices @FireplaceAgency #MatookeC2CMarathon #KampalaToEntebbe

Health is a daily practice of balance and care; not a short-term trend nor a rushed fix. True well-being comes from small, steady habits you can keep all year long, rather than strict rules you quit by February.
🔖Avoid burnout: Big, sudden changes often cause stress and fatigue. Small habits last longer.
🔖 Focus on consistency: Doing a little bit every day beats doing a lot for just one month.
🔖 Listen to your body: Good rest, healthy food, a clear goal, acting with deep intention, showing strong determination and purposeful movement, all matter on 9th October, just as much as they do in January. #MatookeC2CMarathon #KampalaToEntebbe
