I got this pre-workout that's made by ICP. I have been using Six Star pre-workout or years and decided to try something different. OMFG! DO NOT DO MORE THAN ONE LEVEL SCOOP! This shirt slapped me in ways only a heart surgeon can. I didn't even do a full session and burnt 550cal!

Our BBX team won Saturday's tournament. We were down one man, but the 3 of us ended up in the finals and we all ended up knocking each other out. Our heel won 8 to 5 on a 7 point match.
Running shark scale on narrow is truly a great strategy that we all need to use.
Next month, I will be officially 2 years sober from alcohol. I was going to celebrate witha trip to Osaka or Istanbul, but instead, I will be spending time with a friend and their brother in Kansas City. As of 10/01/2026, I will be setting a new achievement in my life.
