Eddy Smid just opened the 14th International Symposium on Lactic acid bacteria. It is great to be back in Egmond and we are looking forward to an excellent program and lots of interactions between the more than 350 participants.

Preparations for the start of the LAB14 @LABsymposiumorg are in full swing. Looking forward to seeing many of you tomorrow!

LAB14 Symposium on lactic acid bacteria in the making. In August 2023 we will be back - in person! The new organising committee exists of @mserrano124 @SarahLebeer @BasTeusink @j_w_chapman @HerwigBachmann , Anne de Jong, Arjen Nauta, Egon Bech Hansen and the president Eddy Smid.
