Our U9s had a Blitz last Sunday in Killaloe/Ballina. ULBohs had 4 teams out against the host and Garryowen. You can really see the skills improving with every game.thanks to @BallinaKillalo1 for hosting

Our u10's will be in action this Friday night under lights in Rosbrien at 7.00pm when they take on @OldCrescentRFC1 in a curtain raiser to our senior men's final AIL game of the year. If you are going to the senior game make sure you get there early to cheer on our u10's.

The biggest skill learn in the last ten years (ie since last recession) that made a difference to my career was learning how to write - properly. Still a long way to go, BUT to me writing and copywriting are skills of all skills - the one that enables a lot of others.
