I just did an SEO audit for a Shopify site. The page title and H1 were optimized for a different keyword than the URL. Total search volume: 34,000/month Their traffic: 85/month Conclusion: Optimize your URL, Title, AND H1 for the keyword you want the page to rank for.

If you have a blog or do any form of content marketing, remember to include a call-to-action in your content. While your content should be valuable, you can still use it to "market" your products.

Struggling with optimizing images? Use AI to automatically generate descriptive alt text for images, improving accessibility and SEO. Also, use AI-powered image compression tools to reduce image sizes without compromising quality (and speed up your site).

When building links, you can combine brand + keyword. Ex: If your company is "Joe's Fitness Store" and you want to rank for "squat racks", you can use "squat racks at Joe's Fitness Store" as an anchor text. TIP: Don't use that exact anchor multiple times.

If you want a lot of content on your Shopify Collection pages and want products to show immediately, move the description content to the bottom of the page. Search engines can still see the content even if your customers aren't reading it.

When writing an SEO title, avoid stuffing keywords. I was analyzing a Shopify site and saw this: Product Name | Company Name Product Name | Company Name (no, that's not a typo)

Just found a product page on a newer Shopify site that is getting traffic and ranking for 100+ keywords. With 0 links. Why is it ranking? ✅ Optimized Title + Content ✅ Site speed (loads extremely fast and passes Core Web Vitals) ✅ Multiple high-resolution images
