I made the varsity team as a freshman, team shoes were $18, mom gave me a note for coach, I read it on the bus and cried. I never paid for shoes or a year book in 4 years, couldn't have, I was the youngest of 12 kids, welfare, projects, THAT is why my basketball program is FREE!

Lions don't worry about the opinions, insults, and trash talk coming from the monkeys in the trees. The monkeys have learned to stay in the trees for their own safety, because although not as strong as the elephants...... the lions have good memory.

Professionally I raise money... for large orgs serving people! I'm currently raising 15.5 mill to demolish and rebuild a shelter for those experiencing homelessness. I have 1 mill left to raise BY DEC 31st! Just got a call confirming 500k!!!! HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!

Got all 40 reps this morning, that's 5 sets of 8 with 225, at 58 years old, I'll take that.

This morning on the flat bench in the gym, the goal was 5 sets of 8 with 225 .lbs, I did 4 sets of 8 and got 7 reps on the last set, but I'm good with it. I've not missed a day in the gym, training 6 days a week, since early Sep. Get a streak going, and hold yourself to it.

My abs are on fire from yesterday and today's ab work in the gym, that means what I did.... pushed past what I've done.... therefore..... continue it until it no longer burns and feels great!

I'm killing it in the gym right now, I'm on a roll!!!
