What’s happening right now for children with additional needs is outrageous. No one’s talking about the AON reform to hide waitlists and how non medical assessors will now decide based solely on an application form if your child needs services or if they have a disability. They won’t consider reports from actual medical professionals. They are illegally redefining the term disability to fit the new agenda and deny supports & services to children. It’s already been seen that autistic children with lower needs are being told they do not have a disability. Autism is a disability 🤷‍♀️ All so they can shove their noses higher up the EUs arse, pretend the work is being done for these children and not be penalised. They are spending millions outsourcing assessments and now services, not filling open positions across the country, not providing services, not providing school places, not providing early intervention and the opposition and media all stay silent.

I’ve had the chats with myself 🤣 I do this to myself every year, make myself ill with the stress of Christmas when in reality il find a way to pull it off.

Is anyone else having anxiety about Christmas? The kids lists are done. There dad is out of work 5 weeks and only signed on yesterday 🙄 I’ve had to do so many house repairs I’ve not even started and I’d normally at least have my 2 sorted. I am 40 in a month I’ve never liked my birthday, most years I’m forgotten about or loved one’s gift me presents that would have to do with something they wanted to change about me, it always hurt. This one I’m looking forward too, feels strange but I’ve realised I’ve all I need right here in my home (obviously not my health) the love and happiness my kids give me is what I’ve searched for in others. Actually now my brain has caught up I’m concerned about today’s appointment. Telfast 180mg is a once in a 24 hour medication. This GP who is notoriously dismissive towards me has told me to take two a day to stop the itchiness but she can’t see anything there *my eyes must be playing games with me as I’m covered in tiny red spots Has anyone ever been advised by a GP to take two 180mg? 3rd docs appointment this morning about the itchy red spots all over me. Spoke about low histamine foods etc and my sensory issues. She asked if I’ve been diagnosed which lead to the convo about the disaster of an assessment done by Beaumont. I broke down, I said you can see I’m visibly unwell and yet all I hear is it’s in my head. Then I remembered who I was speaking to and stopped myself. I’m starting to think I’m having a delayed reaction to the Amoxicillin I was on a few weeks ago. GP told me I was congested continue steroid nasal spray and inhaler but ignored swollen neck and tongue and C shaped zig zag flashing lines and migraine. Well went out with my dad to watch a match and sat for it. The pain in my legs and feet right now 🤦🏼‍♀️ I never learn, sometimes it’s worth it just to get a break from home for a few hours. I’ve had no words to share the last while, I was sick for weeks after a Covid reinfection and then caught something else 2 weeks ago, couldn’t get a GP appointment until yesterday. Really concerned about vision changes and migraine, swollen tongue and red spots that have been so itchy for weeks. As soon as I realised which GP I was waiting for I KNEW it was going to be a wasted appointment. Congestion is what she came up with when I’ve definitely got a sinus infection and who knows what else.
